CHAPTER 4
Vedee is getting a hard time day by day. A woman's body undergoes many transformations during the nine months of pregnancy. Some of these physical changes are visible, such as an expanding belly and weight gain, while others are well known, such as an enlarged uterus, morning sickness and backache.
It is 9:54 in the morning.
"It has been two months." And Vedee tried to stand up from her bed.
"Come on, let me help you." Jameson insisted.
They are having some complications since it will be their first time together to experience it.
"Thank you, babe" and they did it slowly. They gave extra concern for two matters, the baby and Vedee.
"Check yourself on the mirror." Few steps after, they see each other and smiled. "You look beautiful babe." Jameson said and hugged Vedee from behind.
And they went down to eat, Jameson prepared the breakfast for the both of them. They were both happy, enjoying their company, as if they are the only one in the world.
"Babe,do you still remember when I asked you how many children do you wanna have?" bothof them chuckled.
"And I answered you that I only wanna have one but you asked me again what? Are you serious?" and they laugheda little louder because of that.
"You know I mean it HAHAHA I wanna have a---"
"A basketball team on our family, yes babe I still remember." They stared at each other and Jameson kissed Vedee on her forehead.
Few minutes later, they are done eating breakfast and rested in the leaving room for a while. Vedee intentionally set her day free because she needs to see her doctor for pregnancy check up.
"Babe I will go upstairs now, I'll pack my things." Vedee informed her husband.
"Okay then, let me help you up." And Jameson is about to stand up from the couch...
"It's okay babe, my tummy does not hurt that much." And Vedee gave a smile to Jameson.
Vedee went up to their room already and brought her wallet, phone, license and powerbank with her.
"Babe?" She shouted from their room.
"Yes babe?" Jameson immediately replied.
"I only brought few things okay? Tell me if you need something that's in our room that you should bring, I'll get it now before I go downstairs." She spoke softly.
"Uhhhm... actually nothing I guess. I'll get it myself if there is something else I should bring. Don't worry." And Jameson went back to his seat immediately.
"Okay babe. I'll just finish these things up and we'll go." Her last words before she finally finalizing what she should do.
"I'll start the car now babe. I'll go outside. I f you need something just call me." As he approaches their door he wondered something
Jameson went back straight inside their home and finds his wife.
"Babe? Are you done?" He asked as soon as he saw Videe.
"Almost babe. Give me last five minutes."
"Sure babe. I'll go down now and check for the appliances." And Jameson went down to check all the electronic devices and electricity if it was shut down properly.
