Their eyes scream useless
Their mouths say ungrateful
Their hands seem unwelcoming
They don't love me do they?
They don't really love me,
Right?
I mean, after all,
How can you love someone you've never taken the time to meet?
How can you love someone you've judged your whole life?
She made me feel safe and special.
And then seconds later she'll be shouting at me.
And then seconds later I'm stupid and lazy.
He made me feel like the most important person in the universe.
But then he'll belittle me.
But then he'll dislike me.
WHAT did I do wrong?!
What did I do to deserve this?
What must I do to make them love me again?
I lied to have fun and feel free.
I rebelled against them and their restraints & to tell you the truth,
I'm not sure they're capable of love anymore.
My parents are like everyone else's right?
All of our parents keep us from our friends...
Everyone's parents disrespects them just because they're a teenager...
Right?
I am aware that I must earn their respect, but,
Respect and trust come hand-in-hand
And they burned that bridge a long time ago.....
