In a galaxy, not so long ago and not so far away...

"You have summoned us, Master Yoda?" Obi-Wan Kenobi asked as he entered a secluded room with Anakin Skywalker. "I did, yes. A disturbance in the force, I feel." The small green Jedi said as he turns around to look at Anakin and Obi-Wan. The blast door quickly shuts behind the two and the pair sits on the meditation chairs in the secluded room Yoda had summoned them to. "I sense it too." Anakin spoke softly, although, he didn't know what it was, he knew it was something that could shift the tide for the Republic, or Separatists.

"Not a matter of what it is, but who." Yoda explained to which Obi-Wan stroked his beard. "Master Yoda, are you saying there is someone out there just as powerful?" Obi-Wan asked. Yoda closed his eyes and nodded with a grunt. "A second, chosen one it is." Anakin raised his eyebrows in surprise to which Obi-Wan furrowed his eyebrows. "Easily influenced, they could be. Discovered through the force, may have the Separatists, I fear they have." Yoda says as he looks down to the ground, but with faith, he looked up again. "Coordinates, I have." He said as he pulled out a holopad. He handed it to Obi-Wan to which he took it willingly. "In the unknown regions, it relies. Carefully, you must travel." Yoda said and Obi-Wan and Anakin both bowed before they exited the room.

Once the pair had left Obi-Wan was already looking on the holopad for more information. "It is said we have to stay within tight communication. Just in case we need reinforcements." Obi-Wan said as he read the text on the holopad. Anakin rolled his eyes "How do we know we're not going on some wild goose chase?" Anakin asked, but Obi-Wan looked at him and shook his head. "We don't, but we must trust the force and Master Yoda. Even you have felt it too Anakin." Obi-Wan reminded him to which Anakin looked down at his feet. "Talk to Captain Rex, tell him to meet us at our shuttle." Obi-Wan instructed Anakin. Anakin obliged and contacted Rex, captain of Anakin's battalion, the 501st. "Rex, meet Obi-Wan and I at our shuttle, bring Cody with you. We're going on a mission." Anakin instructed to which Rex gave him a short reply,

"Yes sir."

You had your eyes closed, your breathing was steady. You sat crisscrossed on a mat in your room. You took a deep inhale, held it for a minute, and then deeply exhale. You meditated at this time, every Friday. You had these sort of, hints or visions of the future.

The one you were seeing now was of you, in the forest. You were walking along a path, and you got closer to a building, no, a cottage. It was the remote one you were able to go to sometimes if you got permission. Your meditation was interrupted by two knocks, you opened your eyes and clearly said, "Come in." You said and when the door opened you saw your agent, Tucker.

You smiled "Hi Tucker." You said as you stood up, he smiled as well, his wrinkled face shifting. Experience always showed in his aged face to you, or maybe that was because you had known him so well. He was like a father to you. "Sorry to interrupt your meditation, I was thinking we could go to the cottage this weekend. You need some fresh air and space especially since you're an adult now, right?" he chuckled as he nudged your side and you smiled and nodded.

"I agree, I saw the cottage in a vision I had as well just recently..." You said and Tucker raised an eyebrow. "See even your visions are saying the same thing. Free weekend!" He said to which you grinned. You always disliked being tested on during the weekend.

It wasn't your fault you were born with abilities the rest of the world didn't understand. But it was for other's protection, and so you'd reluctantly agreed with your government that you should be kept in a secure facility. A place where you wouldn't harm anyone. But that means you also have to sacrifice your social life. You hardly ever got to go into any civilization. You lived in the government's facility where you would be tested on by doctors, scientists, and where you were guarded by special agents from all over the world. No one knew of your existence other than those who tested on you, the governor, guards, and Tucker, your main guard.

"Get some rest kiddo, make sure you have the things you need packed by noon tomorrow." Tucker said to which you nodded in response. You walked into your room and you shut the door. You got dressed in your pajamas and sat down on your bed. You looked out the large window on the other side of the room, you saw the front of the building where guards with guns stood.

You weren't a stranger to any of this. You were taken to this facility when you were 8, as your powers were discovered by your parents, they were mortified. So scared of you they turned you over to authorities. What parents would ever push their child away like that? You didn't know, but you always wallowed in that question. You wondered where they were now. You always had your parents lingering in the back of your mind.

You also weren't the first to have these powers, others had them too, but they were called outcasts, dangers to society, even aliens. The public hated people like you, only out of fear. What they didn't realize is that you were a living being too. One with emotions, one that breathed and processed things like a human.

You were also the strongest of your kind, you always watched the news and most of it was about your kind. Every time it's about the person that has similar powers as you going crazy, such as levitating a bench chair and throwing it at someone. You always saw footage, and you always saw how the attacker struggled to use their power. But you had been practicing your whole life. You did because of tests and you did because you were curious about your own powers. You were as well lucky enough to have nice scientists.

Of course, you didn't like being tested on but it wasn't like torture. You understood why you had to be here and why people took the precautions they did. Because you also saw what people did to your kind. And those people always got away with it, no matter what. So in a sense, you were grateful.

Soon enough you lied down and turned off your lamp when you were tired. But something was keeping you from falling asleep. Something was changing and you could sense it. Or something was coming for you. You were scared but you also felt at peace. You knew it wasn't just one thing that was coming for you. Is that why you were going to the cottage? Were they going to meet you there? You sure hoped Tucker wouldn't interfere, you didn't want him hurt as he was the only good thing in your life right now. Once you faded into sleep you wouldn't worry about such things.

You always reminded yourself to take things one step at a time.
