Thanksgiving special

Jade POV
I woke up to the smell of food. Today's Thanksgiving. I rushed out of the room with my PJs still on. When I made it to the kitchen I saw everyone and a few new faces. Stephanie, Jeniffer, and another girl were cooking, and the boys were setting up the table and putting up decorations.

"Don't just stand there jade, come help us out." Stephanie waved at me to come. I walked over and she was working on the turkey. "Go and start making Mac & Cheese." She pointed to where the stuff was to make it.

After all the food was done we all sat down at the table. Before we started saying what we are thankful for there was a knock on the door. On of the Guards got it and it was my family. "Mom! Dad!" I ran up to give them a hug. "I missed you guys so much."

"We missed you too." They hugged me back. We walked back to the table and they sat right by me. "Let's start."

Everyone was saying what they are thankful for. When it was my mom's turn she got up from her chair and started talking. "I am thankful for being able to keep this child with me even though I'm not always there for her." She started to cry.

It's now Vincenzo's turn. "I am thankful for having people I can trust." He sat back down and everyone just stared at him.

Stephanie stood up " I am thankful for being able to meet a sweet girl that I can call sis, and I am thankful for being able to see someone who is dear to me again".

It was now my turn. "Well um.. I'm thankful for being able to meet every single one of you and thankful for how you all played a role in my life. Without all of you, I don't know how I would be now to this day."

After we were all done, the door swung opened. A man wearing a black suit came in. "Aren't you a bit late Mr.Black?" Vincenzo said rolling his eyes.

Mr.Black took a seat at the end of the table. "Let's eat" he said getting his plate ready. "You have to say what you are thankful for Mr.Black first" I told him. He rolled his eyes " Yeah I know, let's see what I'm thankful for.... oh yeah I'm thankful for being able to all your faces in despair, I enjoyed it. Now let's eat." We all just sighed and shook our heads.

We started to get our plates of food, I was mostly excited for the Mac and cheese and the turkey. We started talking about what we plan on doing after this. My Mom is going to come over here a couple of months from now so is dad, but he is going to come before mom.

" Jade~" I looked over to see who called me it was Mr.Black. "You've grown up so much since I've seen you." He put out his arms wanting a hug. " It really hasn't though and I'm not giving you a hug." I laughed. We all continue talking but we were interrupted by a voice.

"Mr.black it's time to get up."

Mr.Black POV?

I woke up in my bed. Turnip was right by my bed."Mr.Black it's time for you to get ready" she said in a phlegmatic tone."Yes, yes I know you may leave." With that she left the room. I got off from the bed and walked to the window. It was a dark and stary night. "I hope you are having a wonderful ~ ~ thanksgiving, I'll see you guys very~ soon".
