Chapter 2

    “Mom?” I say with wide eyes. I look at B.J and he looks as shocked as me, even Jacques and Ginger look at the door with wide eyes. “Sorry, it took me a while to find you. I heard you trying to contact me and tried to get to you. I’m so proud of you.” I run to her and hug her tight. After a little bit of us moth hugging and crying, we stop the hug. “ Am I allowed to come in?” she asked. I nod and let her in. We both look at B.J who was looking down and rubbing his elbow. Mom went over to him and stuck her hand out for him. He looks up at her “You must be B.J” she said. B.J grabbed her hand and shook it. “Thank you for watching over my daughter and saving her.” she said with a smile. “Thank you” B.J said, happy mom liked him. “Now, can I see my grandson,” she said with a smile. “I’ll go get him I say as I go to Abella’s room. “Liam can you come in here really quick. “Shure mommy,” Liam said as he ran out to me. 
We go to the living room to see mom was talking to B.J “I understand Charles and Delia didn’t like you at first.” Mom said “Ya Now Delia tells me tips to ‘look better’ ha” B.J said in response “I got him.” I say still happy to see mom. “Mama whos that” asked Liam looking at mom. “Liam, this is your grandmother.” I say smiling “Really” Liam says running to mom giving her a hug.

After we all caught up we looked at the time and it was 10 at night. “Looks like we half to go to the overworld” I say sadly “You know she can come with us if she wants to right.” B.J said Smiling knowing I forgot about that. “You wanna come with us mom” I said hoping she doesn’t leave again. “Of course I will I’m not just going to leave after I just found you.” When we get to the overworld I show mom around my room and start showing her the house. “Oh, do you finally want to meet Adam and Barbra” I asked excited for her to meet the ghost couple that helped me live through Delia and dad. “I would love to, those are the two who have been taking care of you right?” mom asked making sure she wasn’t thinking of someone else. “Ya I say leading mom to the attack.” When we get to the attack I nock to see if they are in there. “Come in” I Hear Barbra say. When we go in both the Maitlands look at mom. “And, who is this Lydia?” Barbra asked “Guys this is my mom.” Just as I say that both their eyes go wide. “So this is your mom” They both say smiling. “Nice to meet you”  Mom said shaking both their hands. “Nice to meet you too.” Said the Maitlands smiling. “ You wanna go talk to dad and Delia” I say wondering if dad moving on will upset her. “Shure, and don’t worry I’m not upset your dad moved on.” I smile a little happy mom isn’t upset about dad moving on. 
When we get downstairs we see dad and Delia talking “Hello Charles.” as soon as mom said that dad looked at us in shock “E-Emily.” Dad said standing up looking at us with wide eyes, just like Deila.
