Charlotte sighed as she read his message, her eyes still adjusting to the light that was emitting off her phone. She rubbed the back of her hand onto her eyes with the intention of wiping away the grogginess from them before typing up a reply.

lottie said: someone's hella eagar

lottie said: and good morning!

Charlotte clicked her home button and then the app store, her pointer finger impatiently tapping the outer case of her phone as the screen loaded.

It didn't take much time for Charlotte to type in kik and download it, so the next thing she found herself doing was switching over to twitter.

lottie said: i did it

calum =] said: and?? whats ur user

lottie said: oh

lottie said: hold on, i still have to sign up :)

calum =] said: wtf

calum =] said: how do u forget to sign up.....

lottie said: shhhhh

lottie said: too early for this

Charlotte laughed to herself, switching applications once again to sign up for kik. For someone who had claimed he wasn't a morning person, Calum seemed to be very chipper and eager in the morning.

a/n: happy new year, long time no update! i'd like to apologize for that and for the lack of updating again this month because of exams, but i am continuing this story! i feel terrible for keeping you all waiting and updating with a hella short filler, so i'm sorry!!

this chapter was literally only a thing because of that joke so um i hope y'all chuckled because i laughed for a decade.

i hope you guys didn't lose interest in this story, but either way i will keep updating.
