Spencer: POV
I'm in labor and my whole stomach feels like knives are stabbing my insides.
"What do I do?" Hannah panicked.
"I'm getting on the phone with Toby," Emily explained.
Toby: POV
Caleb and I are in the bar I ordered a scotch and I'm just about to sip it. My phone rings. Why was Emily calling?
"Hello?" I asked Into the phone.
"It's Emily the babies are coming now!!!!!" She practically screamed and I could hear Spencer moaning and screaming in the background.
"I'll meet you at the hospital," I hung up and Caleb had a look. He knew what was happening. He slaps money down and we leave. When I get there I ask the receptionist where she is. They told me she was in room 214. That was a weird.

I walk and there was Spencer and the girls. The girls left the room.
"Toby!!!!" She said and I ran to her side.
"The babies are coming now get ready to push!" The doctor exclaimed.
"Ahhhh," Spencer screamed during a contraction. She held my hand so tight it was cutting off circulation.
"Owwww ahhhhh," Spencer screamed again.
"Ones coming its crowning!!!!" A doctor yelled out.
"ahhhhhhhhhh," Spencer gave out another scream and I heard a cry. Oh my god I could see the baby girl.
"Ohhh I see the other one," the doctor interrupted my thought.
"Ahhhhhhhh," Spencer yelled.
"Almost there one more push!" The doctor yelled.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh," and I heard the second cry. We smiled and I kissed Spencer.
"What do you want to name them we haven't really figured them out?" She smiles.
"I like Maddy and Connor," she grinned and the doctors handed her the babies.
"I love those names."
