P.O.V,

I was sauntering a straight path. With my rifle on my hands walk across the wall to see the perimeter of the Jackson city. I didn't know what to do aside that were here I ask Joel if we did make way to the firefly facilities, Joel said that we did go to the Firefly facility but he said that there's a lot of people that Immune, like me. And he says they stopped looking for it, I don't know if he's telling the truth or lies. But I don't care for that now, all I care is I can start a new place away from the Military camp and those dangers lurk behind the walls, but I wish Joel tell me the truth about the Fireflies.

As I was strolling around the wall I saw a bunch of kids running around aimlessly like there having a time of their life. I just smile watching those children. Suddenly I feel something lounges behind me and I look that Its Macy. A dog I saved a few whiles back with Joel. I cannot forget the day I met her as a Puppy. I look at her she's become more Taller over the years, I look at her she still wears the bandana that hung on her neck. She sees me in troubled she licks me in my cheek and this makes jolted from her action and said.

"Hey! Macy NO! you know I don't like a sneak attack."

I laugh while I still trying to stop her from licking my face. This makes me fall by her heavy fur body and licks my face fully. This makes me laugh hysterically as I instructed her to stop.

"Macy, please stop! you're killing me with your cuteness!"

She ignored my comment. And continue her licking. I look at her she didn't stop doing it so I think of an Idea.

"oh no! you killed me with your cuteness, Macy! Now I'm dead."

I played dead by sticking my tongue out overexaggerating a bit. I slowly open my eyes looking at her. She makes a sad whimper and sniffing me if I was okay. Then I surprised attack her by rubbing her furry body aggressively.

" SUPRISED ATTACK!"

I yelled at her. Still rubbing her fur, she was drop down on the ground as I still rubbing her, she seems to enjoy it so far, as I have done rubbing her while Macy already sticking her tongue out for the pleasure I give her, I drop to her sides and she put her head on my tummy and I caressed her head. I look that all around people that conveniently walk passed through me, staring at me with but I don't give them any mind. And I speak to Macy.

"who's a good girl? yes, you are, yes you are."

I speak with a courteous tone, when I'm rubbing her I can hear someone put a light chuckle and I see Its,

"seems to have a bit fun are we?"

It was Joel, I notice him and said hi to him and continue back to petting Macy. Joel still looks at me and rub the back of his hair and said to me.

"look, Ellie, please get up, you dirty yourself and Macy you really need to have a bath after this if you tend to stay on the ground."

I smirk at him and he suddenly realizes what that smirk meant.

"no don't give me that look, young lady."

I still had a grin on my face and said.

" oh, I don't know Joel. Macy's head is on my Tummy I could never get her out my way."
