AN: I probably should be working on Fallen Ladybird, but I really wanted to do this so you guys wouldn't get bored waiting. This was originally going to be a Jaune multiverse reaction fic, like all the other ones I've read and wanted to write for a long time, but midway through writing it, I realized that...well it kind of sucked. So I scraped the whole thing and now it's simply a series of one-shots that may or may not show up as small continuations every now and then....and may or may not appear as its own story. Who knows, and who cares? Let's have a go at it!

This one is a little something inspired by...well honestly any of those futuristic FPS games you can find and a little thought I had concerning the Huntsmen Organization. You'll see what it is later. All weapons and armor are from Call of Mini Infinity.

Disclaimer: I don't own anything, this is simply pure entertainment, I'm not getting any sort of profit from this, yada yada. Enjoy.

"All students, please report to the auditorium. I repeat, all students report to the auditorium."

Hearing the intercom speaker go off, Ruby Rose perked her head up in interest. Turning to the others in her dorm, she asked them, "What'd you think that was that all about?"

Her partner, Weiss Schnee answered back. "It hardly matters. Regardless of whatever the problem is, that was Headmaster Ozpin speaking. It should be important."

Blake Belladonna nodded her agreement. "We should probably go then."

Ruby's half sister, Yang Xiao Long, jumped off her bed and walked to the door. "Finally, I was getting bored here!"

Opening it, she saw that the room across them had the same idea, two girls and one boy leaving their dorm. "Hey P-Money!"

'P-Money', or Pyrrha Nikos, waved halfheartedly. "Hey Yang."

"Is there something wrong, Pyrrha?" Blake asked her.

Pyrrha shook her head. "No, everything's just grand. Jaune was just gone this morning...again."

Weiss huffed. "Ignore the dolt! If Arc wants to ignore his studies so much, let him!"

"Weiss!" Ruby chastised her. "Jaune's just busy! He told me that he had work stuff to do now!"

The white-haired girl scoffed as the group walked to the auditorium. "There's a clear line between 'work stuff' as you say and neglecting your duty as a student of Beacon! All I'm saying is that maybe Arc can't afford doing...whatever he's doing while being a Huntsman-in-training as well!"

At that point, the group of seven had made it to the auditorium where the rest of the students stood waiting. On the main stage stood Headmaster Ozpin along with the rest of the staff, talking to three armored figures.

The first of them had a masculine figure, wearing gray bulky armor with a finned helmet that covered his eyes. A barely visible shotgun and rocket launcher were magnetically strapped to his back while a medium sized black box hanged from his lower waist. He stood in front of the other two, listening attentively to the Headmaster while occasionally giving his own comments.

The second was another male, wearing a sleek, yet bulky, blue armor with futuristic lights on the sides of his helmet. An assault rifle was clipped to his back while two pistols were holstered o his sides. He seemed to be either the oldest or most disclpined of the trio as he kept his gaze on the back of the first one's helmet.

The final person seemed to be a female that wore green armor with purple highlights on her shoulders and helmet. As certain parts of her would-be heavy armor have been removed to allow better mobility, open segments over her forearms, lower legs, and stomach area revealed a black bodysuit. A sniper rifle and DMR were attached to her back, while a single pistol was holstered to her thigh. Compared to the other two, she seemed much more innocent: her gaze wandering around the room and its occupants without any concern.
