Meliodas' P.O.V

When I heard Gowther say his two theories I was in shock. I know for a fact that Elizabeth isn't part demon meaning that she could be with child, But how it's not like we did any...thing.

The graduation party I completely forgot about it, We all got drunk. How the hell didn't I notice. I quickly thanked Nadjia for the tea and Gowther for all the help. I went outside, activated my demon mark and flew as fast as I could back to Elizabeth...

I didnt know how to explain what was going on. I arrived at Elizabeth's house, deactivated my demon mark and knocked on the door. I waited a few minutes but nothing. I knocked again but still nothing, before I was able to try again my phone rang.

I looked at the caller ID and it was Zeldris. I answered the call, only to hear Zeldris in a panic.

"You finally picked, get to the hospital now! Elizabeth needs you!" He said.

I reactivated my demon mark and flew towards the hospital. I went inside and saw the sins, Ellatte, Margaret and Veronica. Before I could say anything Ellatte summoned a medium sized Ark and threw it at me.

The ark hit me and knocked me to the floor as I didnt except it. She soon started to yell at me but my focus was on Elizabeth. I needed to know where she was.

Elizabeth's P.O.V

When I woke, I found a note on my nightstand, it was from Meliodas. I read the note which explained he needed to take care of something. I wished he could have told me in person or at least let me come with him.

Either way I got out of bed and went to the hallway only to be tackled by Diane and Elaine. The others where standing and asking me questions like if I was okay.

Once Diane and Elaine got off me we decided to head to a nearby cafe. We sat at one of the tables as a waitress came to take our order. Diane asked for a caramel Frappuccino, Elaine and king ordered a cup of tea, Zeldris ordered a cup of cold coffee, Aqua and Gelda got a pink drink, ban got a cup of coffee, and lastly I ordered some herbal tea.

While waiting for our drinks, we talked about the most random stuff. Zeldris then asked asked me if I was okay, could then see that the others were wondering the same.

I sighed and told them that I was fine. The good thing was that our drinks were ready. I grabbed my herbal tea and closed my eyes as I took a sip. When I took the sip of my tea, something felt wrong as I opened my eyes and dropped the cup of tea I was holding.

Zeldris' P.O.V

While drinking my cold cup of coffee we heard someone drop their cup when I looked up I saw Elizabeth clenching her stomach while crying frantically. We asked her to move her arm, to which she did.

We all looked at her shocked as she was pregnant and already in labor. Aqua summoned her sacred treasure and in a swift motion we were inside the hospital. The nurses saw us and then noticed Elizabeth. They got her a wheelchair and took her to a room.

While this was happening I desperately tried to call Meliodas as Aqua was calling Elizabeth's family.

I kept calling him to no avail, I was about to go look for him when he finally picked up the phone. I told him we were at the hospital and that Elizabeth needed him.

As soon as he hung up the phone, Ellatte, Margaret and Veronica arrive. Not to much later Meliodas finally arrived. I was about to go ask him what the hell was going on until Ellatte threw an ark directly at him and then started yelling at him.

I could tell that he didn't really care about what she said and that he wanted to be by Elizabeth's side.

Meliodas' P.O.V

In a swift second I could sence Elizabeth's aura, I quickly ran towards it. When I was about to open the door I was stopped by doctors and nurses saying only the father was aloud to go in there.

I told them I was the father as I was quickly getting angry that they wouldn't let me in. I opened the doors to find Elizabeth covered in sweat.

I ran to her side and grabbed her hand. She seemed to know it was me as she turned her head and smiled. Tears of happiness ran down her rosy cheeks.

"Meli, your here. I'm sorry." She said in exhausted.

"Shh, it's not your fault. I should have know, if anyone is at fault it would be me. " I said as I creased her cheek with my hand and wiped away her tears.

We then heard the doctor say to Elizabeth one more push. Elizabeth squeezed my hand as she let out a loud scream of pain. The room went deadly silent until we heard a faint cry of a baby. The doctor told us that it was a healthy baby girl. I kissed Elizabeth's forehead as I could see a warm smile on her face.

But her warm smile then turned into another of pain. The doctor said that there was still one more and that Elizabeth had to keep pushing. Elizabeth kept her hand in mine as she kept screaming in pain.

When Elizabeth let out her last scream of pain the room was silent again until the soft cry of a newborn baby could be heard. The doctor told us that it was a healthy baby girl. I looked over to see that Elizabeth was smiling as more tears of happiness rolled down her blue eyes.

I leaned forward until my forehead reached hers as I was happy. When I moved my forehead back, I noticed that Elizabeth fell asleep due to being extremely exhausted. After a while the nurse came back with our two baby girls wrapped in a pink blankets.

I looked back at Elizabeth who was now awake. The nurse asked us if we wanted to hold them. We nodded our heads, the nurse gave Elizabeth one of the bundles and then gave me the the other bundle.

I walked over next to Elizabeth and sat down on the bed. The one I was holding had tan skin and messy silver hair. The one Elizabeth was holding had pale skin and smooth golden hair.

I kissed Elizabeth's cheek and asked her what should we name them. She took a second before she could answer. She looked over at the small sleeping bundle she was holding and smiled.

"Hm how about Liane. It means Duaghter of the Sun." She said in softly.

"I like it." I said as I looked at my sleeping Liane. I then looked over the the sleeping bundle that I was holding. I then remembered a name from a book that would suit her.

"I was think we name her Luna. It's from a book I once read as she was the duaghter of the moon." I suggest to Elizabeth. She seemed to be happy with my choice and smiled.

She then let out a tiny yawn and then tried to cover it up. I looked at her and told her she hadn't fully recovered and to get more rest. She was about to protest when she let out another yawn. I picked up Liane with my other arm, to let Elizabeth sleep a little bit more comfortable.

Before I left I told Elizabeth that I was going to show Luna and Liane their aunts and uncles. She said to be careful and then drifted off into sleep. I walked down the hallway until I reached the waiting area.
