Music! 2: Electric Boogaloo

This one was a fun one. How it came about you ask? I opened the latest instrument pack for the month (it was recently added too), and found a part in the demo that I liked. So, I used that as a base, then came up with an idea for a melody. I wanted the two to fit in the same song, so here we are. I think I used most of the instruments in that pack, excluding the sweeper and drums. This was fun.

This is my favorite piece of the month (January). The chords I think are cool, and I love the instruments.

Since the song has a smallish chiptune vibe (to me, anyways), why not make a pixel picture?
While making this, there was a first draft and... I forgot to save it... so It got erased. :(
Oh well. This was still fun to do! I'm proud of it. :D
Also wind chimes just because pretty.
The background sky is a bit bad though. Like the gradient. The clouds aren't as fluffy as I would like, but oh well.

This picture was heavily inspired from a small painting I made during the summer.

I tried to do something a bit different here. Sure, it follows my music pattern of beginning, „rising action," a quieter bit, climax, and an easy fade out, but this was with the instrumentation. I added a bit more electronicy-kind-of-dubstepy-but-it's-toned-down-a-bunch elements, since the primary genre the app is used for is electronic (I think, don't take my word! XD).
The vocal chops were certainly are something different.
I like the lack of melody in this. Sure there is one, with the vocals highlighting it at the end, plus two other instruments prioritizing it, but overall, I enjoy this song.
I've been attempting to improve my drum beats. I think I'm doing well! :D Except, maybe you can't hear it with all of the KRRRAWKWDKSEHHD in the bassline. :/

This is a change in color pallet. All the other stuff I've uploaded at this point have more pink in them. This has bluuuue!
I think I should have been a bit less lazy with the foreground and the field. Those flowers are kinda ehh.

I think I've now shown you that I have a minor obsession with floating islands and sky! XD
Imagine if there was a forest on top of the floating island too... <.<

Oh! I updated the cover for the book. I felt the other one was a bit bad. The border didn't even fit! So here's the new one.

Sorry if the quality seems a bit low. Hopefully it looks a bit better in the book-selection thing.
Blue is cool. Tinte there looks proud of something. I wonder what?

Anyways, I'm just something melodious I guess.
