Meanwhile, Eleanor and Eizen led Velvet and Laphicet down to the basement again. She believed that it should be just the four of them to talk to Namine for the time being. Eleanor led them down into the computer room, where Namine stood, waiting for them.

"Guys, I like to introduce you to the person who brought us here, Namine." Eleanor introduced her.

"Namine?" Velvet asked, "Why is that name so familiar?"

"Wait, didn't Jiminy's journal say something about thanking her?" Laphicet asked in realization.

"You're right." Velvet remembered, "We should get Sora and the others so they can tell her that."

"No, wait." Namine stopped her, "It's still too soon for us to meet. Now's not the time." Velvet and Laphicet looked questionably at Namine, but decided not to argue. "In any case, it's very nice to meet the both of you." Velvet and Laphicet looked to one another, and bowed in response.

"Namine, tell us what Ellen really is." Eizen told the young girl. "And what she is capable of."

"Ellen came from a DNA sample that DiZ already had, the same goes for Velvet's. Two strands of hair that he was given by someone a long time ago." Namine explained as the group listened carefully. "I don't know the whole story or how Ellen and Viola were created but I know that if Ellen gets the missing piece of her power from Viola, she'll be almost impossible to stop. Her powers are of void and darkness itself but her strength is nothing to joke about. Ellen can even transport a person into another dimension even." The sentence shocked everyone.

"She's as strong as Innominat..." Eleanor breathed out.

"Her powers are equal to that of an Empyrean." Laphicet pointed out scared.

"How is she so powerful?" Eizen gasped.

"Viola has a piece of it just to make them equal in combat." Velvet said in realization. "She isn't unstoppable unlike Innominat was." Laphicet and Eleanor looked at the therion sadly at the mention since she sacrificed herself to keep Innominat at bay without killing him or else Laphicet and the other therions would die too.

"I too know of your story, Velvet Crowe." Namine apologized. "You used yourself as a means to seal a god. Your old body remains in the endless devouring state while your true self is here in a new identical body. The same goes for you three. You have left your original bodies in the same state as you left it while you've been giving new bodies with one condition."

"Me and Laphicet doesn't need vessels to protect ourselves from malevolence since there aren't such thing outside our own world." Eizen replied.

"Yes, however the way the darkness in your heart, the malevolence as you call it, are only manifesting from the people how are born in your world or have blood relation with someone of that world." Namine continued. "I have no more information about the condition the four of you are now but be noted that..."

"...I've already fallen into darkness." Velvet said while curling her fists. "I'm attracting the Heartless because my heart have a lot of darkness in it that I've been able to control unlike many, right?" Namine nodded as an answer. "Looks like the Reaper's Curse is up and running again." Laphicet laughed at the mention and Eizen just grinned.

"I have nothing to complain about." Eizen pointed out while taking out his signature coin and flip it. "It means a bigger challenge but if we managed to beat a powerful dragon and the Lord of Spirits, then we'll have a chance against Ellen."

"True." Eleanor agreed. "She might know about our past but we all have become stronger."

"Not to mention we have a lot more friends to help us." Laphicet continued with a smile. "We'll fight them till the end."
