A New Beginning

I woke up in my bed. The blanket that once covered on me was now thrown on the floor. I slowly sat up and walked out of my room. My dog, Jack Jack, had jumped on my stomach and licked my hands. He had followed me downstairs. I filled his bowl with some leftovers from last night. He gladly accepted it and downed the food.

I grabbed a small bowl and filled it with some cereal. I sat down at my desk and opened my laptop. I scrolled down my subscriptions and found Cry's channel. He's finally playing The Last of Us. I've been waiting for him to play this forever. I ate a bite of my cereal as Cry's voice filled my room. "Hello, and welcome to Cry plays: The Last of Us." I quietly ate while Cry raged his way through the episode. As soon as the episode ended I opened Pewdiepie's channel and clicked on one of his new videos. This usually went on for a couple of hours.

I walked around my tiny house. It seemed too small for me. I've been thinking of moving for a couple of years, but I never had enough money to. I had gotten 1 full time job and 2 part time all at the same time. It nearly drove me insane, but now I have enough to buy a new house. Colorado was wonderful, but at times it was a bit overwhelming. I want to move somewhere warm. I've thought of moving to Florida, near family. I haven't seen them in years so Florida is going to be a big possibility. I looked online for some apartments, some cheap, some expensive just to tease myself. I found one in particular that I liked. It was a modern looking complex, and the apartment was a small 2 story, fully furnished. The kitchen and bedroom I loved. The landlord must have a great taste.
