I appeared in a small room it had a window in the corner and under it was a mask. I walked over to it and picked it up. It changed colors when I touched it. It was a white with pale blue eyes. It looked kinda like Cry's poker face mask but the mouth was different somehow. Instead of a simple line there was a sharp jagged line.

I put the mask back down and walked over to the desk on the opposite side of the room. There was a small laptop in the corner of the desk. I opened it and clicked on the FireFox icon. Firefox opened and pulled up a document.

"Ebony, I love you. I know my parents wont let you see me. They keep telling me that you don't care, but I can tell they're lying. Its quite obvious. They think that you're some sort of demon. I can't stand them.

They told me when I get out we're moving to Florida. I can't live without you, Ebony. I might just give up. There's no point of fighting if my life won't be waiting for me. I've fought so hard these past months. But, what have I been fighting for? "

I quickly shut the laptop. Why was this on here? Was this the boy mother was talking about? Who was he? Questions raced around my head as I paced the room. I stopped when I heard someone at the door. The door knob slowly turned: I panicked and started to curl up in a ball under the desk. A man with skinny jeans and black hightop converse walked in and slammed the door shut behind him. He walked over to the desk and sat down. "Why did it ever have to be this way? Jesus Christ, just why did she have to die like that?" The man's voice was deep. I heard something hit the floor. I looked over and saw Cry's mask. Wait. CRY'S MASK? WHY IS CRY'S MASK ON THE FLOOR? WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?

" You might as well come out from under there, Friend. I'm sure it's not comfortable sitting under my desk," He said standing up, "Don't be worried. I'm not going to murder you." I slowly crawled out from the desk. Well, that sight must've been very sexy to see. I almost tripped into the man. " H-How did you know I was here?" I struggled to get the word out of my mouth.

"How couldn't I? I could hear you crying," Crying? I'm not crying. I looked up at the man. He was tall and had oak colored hair. His eyes were a ice blue. I remember those eyes. I don't know why I know them seeing as if I had never seen this man before, "I should introduce myself. My name is Ryan." He held is hand out.

I hesitated but shook his hand, " My name is Ebony."

" Your name is very beautiful, it matches the color of your eyes," I blushed at his compliment, "I've been needing to tell you something. You see, Louise is go-"

—end of dream—

I woke up to Second and Sebring playing I have no idea why I set this as my mother's ringtone. It always reminded me of dad. I grabbed the phone and accepted the call. "Hello?" I said still half asleep.

"Hey honey, I was just checking in. We got worried since you didn't call or text us when you got off the plane."

" Yeah, mom, I'm fine, but I have to go get ready. I have to go help the movers unpack the truck in like two hours. I'll text you when I'm able."

"Wow, what a nice long conversation we had," she said and I giggled at her joke," Well, I'm gonna let you go. Louise and I love you. Talk to you later. Bye."
