Letters for You // NCT Kim Jungwoo

Prologue

"There were more delivery here," Taeyong announced, doors started to open as the members came out from the rooms.

"Most were letters and paintings," Jaehyun commented while looking at the box of gifts they received.

Jungwoo sat at one of the couches, waiting for everyone to calm down as they were excited to see what gifts did they received for today.

"Doyoung," Taeyong called out for Doyoung and handed him a bunny hat.

"Oh, wow this is cute," he commented, assessing the hat and trying it.

"That painting is a good one," Taeil commented, pointing his finger at the painting of Haechan's face.

"Yeah, I'll be putting this in my room's wall," Haechan giggled, looking at the painting.

"Jungwoo," Jaehyun said, handing him a mint green envelope. Jungwoo accepted it and a smile escaped his lips as he read the initials of the sender.

"Thank you," he said softly and walked back towards his seat.

"By the way, there are a lots of letter for you on our room," Jaehyun added. "I forgot to tell you."

"Oh, thank you. Can I get it now?" he asked, shifting his gaze at Taeyong.

"Yeah and rest," Taeyong replied, nodding his head at Jungwoo.

Jungwoo quickly go to their room and looked for the letters Jaehyun was saying. He found it at the top of Jaehyun's table, a pile of envelopes in different colors but mostly it's mint green.

He excitedly opened the letters and read the long messages for him and decided to read the letters in mint green envelopes for the last batch. For him, the letters in those mint green envelopes are so special that it inspires him, motivates him, makes him happy whenever he read those letters.

He opened an envelope based on the date written at the back of the envelope.

He look inside the envelope again and his brows furrowed after seeing nothing inside it.

"Is there no picture for this letter today?" he asked himself, carefully opening another envelope.
