*a few weeks before*

"Jess, are ya coming round tonight?" My friend, James cheerily asked down the phone

"I don't know, I have a load to pack ready for college and my Mum's out tonight so I can get loads done" I sighed, a night infront of the television with my friend was just what I needed.

"Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease" he knew I couldn't resist this.

"Fine, I'll be round in an hour or two okay?"

"Text me when you're on your way round okay?" He hung up and I quickly put my phone on the bed before jumping in the shower.

An hour later I was done, and I'd just received a text off Him

'From James,

Dress up tonight yeah? ;)'

I laughed. "Idiot" I mumbled at the text before pulling out a little black dress. My mum got it for my birthday not that long ago.

I was finally done getting ready an hour later so I left to go to James' house. I loved his house it was awesome, it was only 10 minutes away so I decided to walk.. I got to his house and heard, music blasting and saw lots of people. Great. I thought he'd take me out for dinner or simpler.

"JAMES?!" I shouted as I entered his house.

"JESS" Kendall called. Kendall was one of James' bandmates.

"Hiya Ken" I grinned as he pulled me into a hug

"You look beautiful" he smiled, pulling out of the hug

"Thanks, you don't look too bad yourself" this wasn't a lie. He honestly did look great! He had a light brown baggy t-shirt on with a dark brown leather jacket, baggy jeans and some Converse.

I smiled before asking where James was.

"He's over there, grabbing a snack or drink I think?" Kendall kissed me on the cheek before wandering off.

"JESSICA?!" I heard a bold, voice shout

"Leave the poor girl alone, she doesn't want you...she wants a certain baby face of the band" a cheeky tanned boy laughed

"Shut up you two" I giggled, pulling them both into a hug

"Please release my best friend" I heard Logan's voice from behind me

"Best friend eh? Really Logiebear?, Really?" Carlos laughed, letting go of me.

"N'aww" I smiled. The other two left and James handed me a drink I winked before laughing hysterically

"Alright, alright" he pouted. I kissed him, not in a weird way, in a jokey best friend way...and he knew that. He swapped his pout for a smile before grabbing my hand. Before I knew it, the party was in full swing.

"Jess, can I talk to you now?" James stood infront of me smiling. I admit I was a little drunk but not bad enough that I couldn't think straight...I think.

"Of course you can" he offered me his hand and I took it. A few minutes later, after battling through crowds of people, we finally got to the garden and we sat on a chair. He must have put out for smokers or people that just wanted some fresh air.

"Jess, I just want to tell you that I uh.." He took a deep breath

"Its fine James! you know you can tell me anything, what's up?" I took his hand and started stroking it.

"Okay, well I know you're going to college so its not the best time to tell you but I really want to tell you that I really-"

"Jess! Logan Waaaants you!" I heard a shout come from inside. A shout that unfortunately interrupted James

"I do not!" Logan shouted above them all.

I ignored them and looked at James.

"Yeah?" I smiled apologetically at him.

"Come with me" James grabbed my hand and pulled me inside.

"Where are we going" I giggled as he pulled me upstairs. He had to be drunk as hell.

"My room"

"Basically, you know how you're still a virgin" he stated, quite loudly

"Okay, shout it from the roof tops" I smacked his arm quite hard and he quickly caught on to the fact he said it loudly and was annoyed.

"No, its not a bad thing, I was just thinking how... we both like eachother," he started pacing the floor so I just sat on his bed, confused.

"I'm sure its not, just tell me. Please" I slurred a little but straightened up and stared at him

"Right" he started before kneeling down infront of me and grabbing my hands. "You know how your still a virgin?" I nodded "well once you go to college and have freshers week, well you probably won't be anymore." I looked shocked. "Don't pull that face Jess, what I'm trying to say is at Freshers Week everyone will be getting pissed and you know what happens when people get pissed..." Was my best friend basically saying that once I had a drink I would be a slut?

"I don't get what you're trying to say"

"What I'm trying to say, Is that I think your first time should be with someone you care about, not some pissed bloke who comes on to you and pretty much forces himself on to you"

"Well unfortunately James, I don't have anyone...so I'll just have to be strong willed" I laughed.

"What if it was with me?" He looked down at the floor

"What?"

"What if I was your first time? I was your first kiss wasn't I? Would it be so bad?...I was just thinking, I may not be amazing but then your first time will be with someone you trust and won't be horrible behind your back or run and tell all their mates" he sighed a little and stood up letting go of my hand and pacing again

I thought it all through in my drunken head.

"You know what...I don't actually think that's a bad idea" he looked at me and smiled, I smiled back at him and kissed him on the lips. He ran across the room and locked the door before returning to the kiss. He picked me up and lay me down on the bed before he got on top off ifme, the passionate kiss still going. I tugged on the bottom of his t-shirt and he took it off before taking my dress off, breaking the kiss for a second, I took a breath. Shortly after, James' trousers were also off, the only things separating us was the material from our underwear.

"Are you sure you're okay with this?" He smiled, fiddling with my hair. I nodded.

"Please go slow?" I sighed

"I'll stop if you want me too" he smiled, sympathetically and I nodded. And then it began. I was taken into a whole other world. A world I'd never experienced before. He felt so good against my skin. I never wanted it to end. Let's just say, he was good. Very, good.
