Ch. 45 The Bad News

Zabdiel POV

I had just finished passing time with Maritza at her house watching movies in her room, but as I got into my car, I recieved a call from an unknown number

I decided to answer the call incase somebody had gotten a new phone or there was an emergency but instantly regretted the action

XX: Get $5,000,000 ready in a month if you want your bestfriend Richard back alive or we won't dare to turn him and instead we'll kill him in the process
Zabdiel: Who are you?- I asked teary eyed
XX: Just have the money ready and don't you dare get the police because we know your every move

I swallowed hard and realized that no one had seen Richard for 3 days and Y had told us she had a bad feeling about him being gone

I called the boys and asked for them to meet me at our house alone

As I drove near a forest, I saw a creature look at me with ¿sadness? visible in its eyes but what creeped me out is the fact that it looked like a mythical creature, a werewolf

It's an hallucination, I thought to myself

I then remembered when the person said that they won't turn him and instead they'll kill him

What did they mean by turning him? I realized I was home so I ran into the house after locking the car and found the guys in the living room

Joel: What happened?
Chris: Are you alright?
Erick: Que pasa Zabdiel?!!!
Zabdiel: It's Richard

They grabbed their stuff and opened the door

Zabdiel: He got kidnapped

They turned around in shock and Chris charged straight at me with lots of force knocking me down to the ground

Chris: No he didn't- he said with an angry tone
Joel: Let him go! You're choking him!

Chris suddenly let go of me and held his head as if he wanted to kill himself

Chris: You can't be serious! He's okay! He has to be okay! He's my brother!
