Ch. 50 The End

Richard POV

I woke up covered in sweat and realized that the guys who kidnapped me had been able to turn me and now  I had to suffer the pain and tell everyone about me becoming a tribid

Y: You're awake

Once I heard her, I turned around and felt a bandage around my waist so I let out a small growl

Y: I know what you're going to become
Richard: How?- I asked intrigued
Y: Samia told us about the process to becoming a tribid and we were also able to get someone from the cabin to tell us what happened
Richard: Who?
Y: The guard Samia shot
Richard: Don't ever do that again- I say with anger and worry mixed in my voice
Y: Richard calm down. As I said Samia was the one that shot her. I didn't do anything. I only shot 2 guards and then got you
Richard: I don't want you to risk yourself or the baby
Y: I think that a 3 month old should know by now when we should risk ourselves
Richard: Savage

We heard footsteps coming closer and then saw Samia get into the tent

Richard: Thank you for everything Samia
Samia: It's all good
Richard: How's little Leo?
Samia: You'll see

Her eyes suddenly turned neon green and we saw Leo approaching our tent running

Leo: Mommy?
Samia: Leo, say hi to your uncle
Leo: Uncle Richie

He ran up to me and gave me a hug and a small kiss on the cheek to then get close to my ear

Leo: She cute
Richard: Who gordito?
Leo: Your girl
Richard: My girl?

He nodded

Richard: She's mine
Leo: Not any...more- he said with an adorable smirk

Leo than got closer to my girl and gave her a hug and then a kiss on her chin. I felt jealousy now because of him. Is it normal to feel jealous of a little boy?

Richard: Leo, I won't give anymore candy hidden from your mom if you keep doing what you're doing right now. I swear
Leo: I don't care- he stuck his tongue out at me
Richard: You saw that Samia
Samia: Leo stop being mean to your uncle

Leo didn't even look at her. Instead he rubbed his head against Ys' stomach where the baby was located

We then saw the nurse come in with a blank expression

Nurse: Christopher is in a small coma. He might wake up in days, weeks, or months.

Leo hurried out the tent with me following him. He growled super loud at Chris making his body move

Samia: Richard...
Richard: Did you see that too?
Samia: When your turning is completely finished, you are going to need to come here with Leo so that both of you can bring Christopher back from the coma faster
