Leave her alone Beta

Chapter five

My jaw hung open,
"W-what?," I gasped
"I know, I don't know how," Ms meow paused "so what happened is when I came to get Claudine, of course Howl came with her. Howl grabbed my scruff and brought me with him to the forest where we found you four, he put me down and stood over me protectively, I felt like I could be safe under him," "Aw!," I smiled
"Shhhh,'' Ms. Meow hissed as the door opened
"Beta is wondering where you went," Claudine replied
"You left really quickly," Howl replied laying down
"I-I need to get air," I replied
I ran out, I ran past Lira she looked at me confused then her eyes gleamed when she smelt the other sent on me.
I ran outside and straight up a tree I put my head between my knees and started to take deep breaths to calm down
I knew I was having a mini panic attack, i gace t had one in so long, last time I did I was in middle school, getting harassed by a group of people why I wore curtain clothes, I was terrified they'd figure out I was a cat, hen Sarah cane abd yelled at the group, they all ran away pretty quickly.
I just started to calm down when I heard his voice
"Where is she? I scented her until here,"
I started to panic again my tail hung down and I guess he scented me,
"Tori? What are you doing in a tree?," Sage asked
I started breathing really heavily I thought I might have a full panic attack.
"Come down," he muttered
"N-no," I gasped
Beta climbed up the tree,
I tried to scramble away, he lifted me up and brought me down,
"What's wrong?," he growled
I'm sure he could smell my fear and panic sent,
I took a deep breath
"I'm panicking," I whimpered
"Why?," he asked putting me down. "Because I'm not apart if your pack and now I'm yours and I don't know who I am anymore, and my best friend is mated to the guy I hate most if all, and, my cat found a mate!," I was balling "Shhh, calm down," Sage hummed petting my hair
"Alpha won't let me ever see Claudine since he hates me too,"
"You are beta female you have just the same rights as I do to see the alpha and luna," he replied in a slight growl
''Y-yeah?," I asked
"Yes," Beta replied as he put me down "don't be panicking," Beta whispered "Sage?," I asked
"Yes beautiful?," Sage smiled
"I'm having another panic attack," I gasped
"What will make you feel better?," Sage asked concerned
"No, no, you'll never do it," I replied "What?,"
"Leave me alone for a few days," I said
I heard a growl "sorry,"
I looked up and met his eyes
"I just found my mate, I'm not letting you out of my sight easily,"
I took a sharp breath in, the panic was gone, and replaced by anger,
"Fine," I hissed and climbed the tree "I'll follow you," Safe commented as he started to climb, when.
Sage was almost at me when I jumped down, and ran,
I heard a snarl and I ran faster.
I know it was wrong my other half was begging me to go back, but I had to think this though.
I got to my dorm and Alpha was there I turned high tail and ran more, until I was completely lost, I sat down next to a vending machine and panted,
I heard footsteps I wanted to run, but my lungs were so tired
"Kitten, please don't run,"
I squashed up against the wall behind the machine.
I then felt a gentle stroke on my back, I started to purr
"Fine I'll come out," I grunted and came out,
Then I was in a bear hug
"I'm not panicked anymore,'' I purred "but put me down,"
Sage sighed and he let me go, except my hand, "let's go," he walked me down a few hallways and then in the dorm hallway,
I entered my dorm and hissed alpha was still there
"Calm down," alpha growled at me, Claudine slapped him in the head
"Don't tell Tori to calm down," Sage replied bitterly
, I walked over to Ms. Meow, she was snuggled up to Howl
"They've been together all day," Claudine smiled
"You don't know why?," I asked
"No?,"
"They are mates!," I whispered excitedly
"Ooh my god!," Claudine whispered clasping her hands together
"I know!," we started giggling then Cindy, Lira and their pets came in, beta and alpha left
"I'll tell you Alphas name if you tell me Betas," Claudine smiled "alphas is josh,"
"Beta is Sage,"
"Mates?," lira asked
"Yes," Claudine smiled
"Yes," I mumbled
"She's not quite sure what to think yet,"
"I'm going to bed," I changed into pjs and crawled into bed, Ms. Meow snuggled up to me, and I fell asleep with Sages sent in my nose and his spark on my skin.
