The sound of Chan's hospital room door opening had Jisung bolting up out of his seat. Seconds before he was half sleep, but now he was wide awake seeing you and Changbin at the door.

"Y/n!" The young boy exclaimed happily as he rushed towards you. You both hugged eachother tight before parting, and you glanced at Chan's unmoving figure on the bed.

"How is he?" You cautiously asked. Your eyes never left the bed as you walked into the room more and to a seat.

"He's breathing and alive," Jisung sighed. While looking at Chan you could almost just feel the sad aura surrounding his body. He felt deep pain on the inside, and you frowned seeing his arms covered with bandages.

"Did anything happen?" Changbin asked. You both looked at Jisung, and he shook his head no.

"Nothing really. The doctors said he's okay and everything is back to normal now. So hopefully he'll wake up soon."

"What exactly happened?" You asked. You immediately regretted asking that though, because both boys glanced at you with sad expressions. You gulped as Jisung heavily sighed, and turned in his seat more to face you.

"You remember Momo?" Jisung asked, and you nodded.

Momo was Chans girlfriend, and your ex bestfriend. You two were friends until you left, and after that you drifted apart. You were already less of friends by then though, so it never really effected you.

"She cheated on him. By the time he found out, she wasn't even trying to hide it anymore, because her new rich boyfriend was much better to her," Changbin said. He rolled his eyes after, and your eyes were wide in shock.

"She really cheated on him? And said that? You're kidding me right?" You asked. You were beyond flabbergasted as both of the boys nodded. It only shocked you so much because those two were nearly inseparable during highschool. Always in love and always happy with eachother.

"You can only imagine how much that hurt him," Jisung said, and you nodded. "After that he was really hurt, but we cheered him up! Well, we thought we did. He was so happy around us! I guess he was faking though, because one day I noticed the cuts on his arms, a-and I tried to talk to him about it, but he got mad and wouldn't talk. I decided to leave him alone about it, and then a week later we ended up here."

You felt your heart hurt with sadness throughout the story, and you frowned by the end of it. You glanced back at the bed where Chan peacefully slept, yet you felt as even that was a facade. There was no telling the way he'd act or react when he woke up, but all you could do now was wait patiently.

"Did... Did he pass out from blood loss?" You asked quietly. Your heart dropped as Changbin shook his head no.

"He overdosed on pills."
