Part 9: Anyone but you

"Are you two together?" Ren asked me while looking up at Jotaro. I look at her with a questionable expression and Jotaro hides under his hat again. "What?" Ren asks looking really confused at our reactions, I reply calmly "we aren't... you're not the first person to ask us that today." I say feeling a bit awkward. "Oh! Sorry!" She quickly said.

Kakyoin starts laughing and puts his hand on Ren's head. Her face bursts a flame, aw. "Haha, it's ok, Ren-chan. It's not your fault, they just look like a couple. Honest mistake" he said while smirking at both me and Jotaro. I could feel my face heat up, "yare yare daze..." Jotaro muttered behind me while pulling his hat down to cover more of his face.

I really wanted to swipe that grin off Kakyoin's face. "Well then... I guess this outing is a double date in that case. You two seem like a match made in heaven!" I exclaimed and felt an evil grin form across my face when both Ren and Kakyoin's faces became redder than a tomato. "Oi, Kakyoin! I can't tell where your hair starts or ends! Your face is that red!" I say laughing, Jotaro snorts and joins in with me. The more we laughed the more red Kakyoin's face got and the harder we laughed. We got to a point that were needing to lean on eachother for support from laughing so hard... well mostly me.

I was crying now from laughing and Jotaro had his arm around my shoulders to keep me from falling. At this point Jotaro calmed down and was just supporting my laughing fit. "Ok! I get it! L-let's just go!" Kakyoin's huffs while putting on his sunglasses and walks off, Ren follows suit with a small smile and pink face. Her eyes were thanking me.

"Haaaaa. Hehe" I breath trying to recover from the laughing fit. Jotaro still had his arm around me and the feeling of being watched became more intense and dangerous. The feeling was enough to calm me down fast.

I look at his hand on my shoulder and he moves it away. Looking up at Jotaro, I could see that his face was slightly pink. "You good now?" Jotaro asks, I could see his gorgeous turquoise eyes looking at me from under his hat. "Mm...yeah. I'm good just woozy from laughing so much" I reply smiling up at him.

My smile drops as I looked away to the direction of the stalker. I look back at him, full of concern. I step closer to him and beckon him to lean in. He looks at me shocked while looking at my face "wha-" he starts to say but sees me cup my mouth while motioning my index finger towards me. Realising what I was asking for, he leans in and I press my cheek to his while covering my mouth with my hand over his left ear.

"On my left. There's someone that's been following me all day. She looks like a student." I pause for a second. "I see...she hid when I looked" he whispers back. "I think she is a STAND user" i whisper then move away.

I press my thumb on my bottom lip while I think of a plan.
Jotaro straightens himself up and waits for me to make a move. My eyes widen and I look up at Jotaro extend my arms out towards him while whispering "go with the flow". I go and hug Jotaro and squeeze, he hesitated a bit before he pat my head. I let go and look up at him with a smile "could you get me a bottle of water at the convenient store?" I say with a lifted brow and smile. Jotaro hums while nodding and walk away slowly.

I breath out a heavy sigh, the girl was angry... like really fucking pissed off. I didn't have to wait long because the stalkers energy was getting stronger and closer. I waited with my back turned for the moment.

When she was finally in range, I turned fast. I pulled my STAND out ready to punch her right in the face.

"Jotaro?!"

How did he get in front of me? Not even a second later Jotaro was launched into me, we were both sent flying from whatever she threw at us.
