Part 26: Remembering

M: Connor what are you doing here?

C: I'm taking you to the venue

M: what? No Taylor is taking me

C: no, Jon text me yesterday saying I was picking you up and taking you to the venue because he needs Taylor to stay behind and he needed one of your friends to take you to the meet and greet so he asked me

M: what? How does jon even know who you are?

C: idk he must have either gone through your contacts or maybe one of the boys told him?

M: I advent given him my phone and non of the boys would tell him about you, oh wait

C: what?

M: oh my gosh, jon would have asked Zach about my friends and he would've mentioned you coz hes a bit special like that. He has your number aye?

C: yea, why is it a bad thing that he mentioned me?

I didn't know what to say to Connor without hurting his feelings, I cant just say oh its because Daniel hates you and prefers it if I stayed away from you.

M: oh I just didn't want you to get involved in anything in case it may get you into a trouble of some sort. You know

C: oh yea I get you, well thanks

M: yea all good, so are we going?

C: yea, hop in

We are now on our way to the venue. I dont know how Daniel is going to react when he sees Connor, I hope he wont be mad and let me explain why.

C: you wanna stop and get some food or some Starbucks? We could get your double chop chip frappichino with 2 shots of espresso, like you always did?

M: ugh how could I say no to that offer but..

C: but....

M: only if you buying

I gave Connor and cheeky grin

C: how could I say no to that face.

I blush, feels like the old days. Connor would always gt my favourite Starbucks and surprise me with it at school in the morning.

We stop off at Starbucks and order our drinks, while we're standing in line..

C: so whats the deal with you and school? Are you coming back?

M: idk, Daniel has managed to allow me to go on the rest of the Australian tour with them, which is about 3 weeks, but we only just started school and I dont know if ill be able to pass the year, I'm planning on having a conversation with my Mrs O'Brian to see if I could pass the year, maybe do summer school if needed

C: oh yea, do you want to go on tour with them?

M: yes and no, I would do anything to be with Daniel, but I know I'm going to be so tired. But for Daniel its worth it.

C: mmm thats nice

Connor mumbled I could see the look of pain on his face when I said that, if we are going to be friends I need him to know that I will talk about Daniel infant of him, Connor's just gotta get used to it. Although I do feel kinda bad

We get our drinks and we are 10 mins away from the venue, ahh its been like 5 hours and I'm dying to see Daniels face and kiss those lips of his!!

C: you look really nice by the way

M: thanks Connor, you dont look to bad yourself

I was wearing my cutest outfit along with Daniels fluffy brown jersey, that I stole

Connor just smiled. When I saw him smile I had this feeling run through my body like none of this drama ever happened between us and we were still dating. Just for the split second it felt like he was mine and Daniel was still the one who broke my heart even though he did nothing wrong. What the heck am I saying, Connor is only my friend, I think?
