The next morning was a bit better than the rest for Eleanor. She got a few more hours of sleep than usual. The extra day off seemed to really pay off.
She jumped up ready with a brand new attitude for this brand new day. She got ready as quick as she could and almost tackled Fennekin who was still on the bed sleeping.
"Silver!! Today we do some training!!!" Eleanor cheered and Silver rolled her eyes turning on her other side flopping down.
"Noooo more sleeping for today! It's a beautiful day!" Eleanor pouted and poked Silver repeatedly who snarled underneath her breath. Eleanor smirked stepping back shrugging nonchalantly. "Then I guess you don't want any pokepuffs that I plan to make." Eleanor faked a long sigh as she slowly walked out of the room. Silver was quick to sit up and follow her trainer which made Eleanor laugh softly.
"Great! Now that your up let's get baking!" Eleanor clapped her hands excitedly while walking to the local kitchen in the pokemon center. Eleanor purchased a few ingredients for her to use at the pokemart before going to kitchen and laying everything across the counter.
"It's been a while since we made these together. I hope we haven't lost our touch." Eleanor joked. Silver was on the counter helping add ingredients into a bowl while Eleanor was mixing it all together.
"Fennekin!" Silver cheered out once they finished mixing several kinds of pokepuff batter in several bowls. Eleanor preheated the oven then went to add the batter into sereval pans.
"Your right I'm sure these will come out amazing." Eleanor smiled over at Silver rubbing her hand over Silver's fur. The two started gathering the decorations together while they waited for the pokepuffs to finish baking. Once the baking part was over Eleanor brought them out of the oven and left them to cool off on the counter. She made just enough for everyone's pokemon to have some. It took a lot of work to make that many but she didn't mind. Once the pokepuffs were cool off Eleanor and Silver got to decorating. It was already about time for others to wake up once they finished everything and cleaning up.
"Let's put them in this basket." Eleanor put the pokepuffs in a cute arrangement in a basket and walked out the kitchen with Silver on her shoulder. She spotted everyone in the cafeteria having breakfast and walked over.
Bonnie was the first to spot her and sighed in relief. "Thank goodness your here...this one over here wouldn't stop worrying since we didn't find you in your room." Bonnie snorted pointing her finger at Ash. He rolled his eyes at Bonnie for putting him on the spot and smiled softly at Eleanor grateful that she was okay. Eleanor returned the smile and chuckled a bit at Bonnie's words.
"Sorry...I was just up early, and I had the chance to make pokepuffs for all the pokemon." Eleanor said as she placed the basket on the table in front of her. Out of no where Clemont's Chespin comes out of it's pokeball stealing a pokepuff and eats it with a happy smile on it's face.
"Someone seems impatient." Bonnie giggled at the pokemon who was licking the icing off of it's paws.
"We should head outside to give everyone a pokepuff." Ash said standing up from the table. He helped Eleanor with the basket by taking it from her and following her outside.
"Thanks." She said to Ash for helping her. He nodded then placed the basket down on the bench. The others joined, then everyone took out their pokemon. One by one Eleanor and Bonnie evenly distributed the pokepuffs to the pokemon who seemed to enjoy the special treat.
"That was very nice of you Elle." Clemont said and Eleanor waved him off.
"It was nothing...the pokemon have been working so hard, that I thought they deserved a treat." Eleanor said before running off to the side.
