Lost Family

First battles

It was the first day of the tournament for battles. BC Sol had beaten their opponents easily, and we were up next. I was the one choosing the players, so I had a few studies on all the opposing teams. We were up against an easy team, so I sent Shu, Zac and Xander in. Zac, Shu and Xander won with bursts. "Outstanding! Japan's team have all won with Burst finishes! And that wasn't even the top! Raven and Lui are still to enter! Is this going to be like Japan's National Tournament, where they don't enter a certain teammate till necessary? Or is this just an off the top decision? Who knows? Now next up we have the Raging Bulls Vs BC Sol!" I clapped for my teammates as they came back. I watched in anticipation, as Free walked on. He was met with Joshua Burns, and they both joined on the stage. "I've admired your bey and power for quite some time now Free De La Hoya. You and your sister. You're two to watch out for. But that's all going to change! This year, I'm winning this tournament, and nothing can stop me!" Free looked at him with a 'really' look before scoffing. "You wish." He said. "Ohhhhh! Joshua Burns has declared victory, but Free De La Hoya is shutting him down! Who will win in this turn of events!?" Free turned around to meet Christina, who gave him a thumbs up. He smiled, before looking at me. I smiled and placed a fist to my heart. "You promised Big Bro." I mouthed to him. He returned the gesture of placing a fist to his chest, and mouthed back. "And I will fulfill it." I pumped my fist into the air, after banging it against my chest a couple times. Free copied before giving a low growl. "You're going down Burns." He roared. Joshua looked taken aback, before turning to face me. I gave him a creepy smile and smirked. He turned back, slightly frightened, and walked towards the stadium. "What's this? Free De La Hoya seems to be getting a newfound motivation and has stated he will defeat Joshua Burns! It looks like he and his sister are sharing the same smirk as well! What is going on here?" Hanami shouted into the microphone. Free rolled his shoulders and bent down carefully. He pulled out Drain Fafnir, and the battle began.

*Time skip till after battle*

"And Free De La Hoya wins with a score of 2-0! Joshua Burns never stood a chance! Now all that's left is for the rest of BC Sol to win their next matches!" I cheered lightly and Free did the fist to the chest thing again. "Can the next contenders please enter the stage." The judge asked. Silas Karsile, as I recognised him, came on for BC Sol, while someone else came on for Raging Bulls. "Ohhh! It's the feisty Silas Karsile Vs ............. from The Raging Bulls! Give them a big cheer folks! Alright bladers! This could either be a Tie Breaker, or a Win! Try your best and go go go!" Silas and the other kid walked up and got into position.

"Let it Rip!"

Kinetic Satomb and the other kid's bey flew around the stadium. Satomb was winning, and almost about to burst his opponents bey. The kid was on the verge of breaking down and Silas was just warming up. "Kinetic Satomb, now!" He roared energetically. The bey spun round the stadium and bashed powerfully into its opponent. It burst almost instantly and Silas was declared winner. "Nice work Satomb. Your pathetic kid. Learn how to battle properly then come back to the Internationals next time." He spoke seriously, but with a hint of amusement in his voice. I felt a rather small smile tug at my lips. "Ohhh and Silas Karsile scores the points needed for BC Sol to continue to the finals! What a match! Just like his teammate Free De La Hoya, he leaves his opponent with no chance to score a point! Ladies and Gentleman, if Japan's new team can win the next match, then it will be the De La Hoya siblings against each other! This is amazing! Unlike the last few years, Free De La Hoya and Raven De La Hoya will be facing each other in opposing teams! Which team will win in the final face off, assuming they make it past the next team!?"

'Nothing can stop me from winning! I'm pumped up and ready to go for the kill! Free De La Hoya you're first on my list! Big Brother you're finally going to lose!'
