After class, I walked out into the hallway to see Daniel waiting for me. I run up to him and give him a hug.
'What did you talk to Jonah about?' I asked curiously.
'Oh nothing for you to worry about, just some uhh band stuff.' he lied. Daniel was a bad liar. It was so easy for me to tell, but I just brushed it off.
'Okay, fair enough.' I replied, walking with him toward the cafeteria. Once we entered the cafeteria, my eyes instantly locked with Jonah's. I blushed and smiled briefly before Daniel pulled me to sit at our usual table. I felt so confused as to why I blushed. I didn't have a crush on him too did I?
'Y/N?' Daniel asked, waving his hand in front of my face. I must have zoned out of something.
'Yeah?' I replied shaking my head and looking up into his amazing blue eyes.
'You okay?' He asked.
'Oh... Yeah, just a little confused.' I said smiling up at him.
'Okay, if you say so' He said smiling back at me. My heart melted. He is so adorable when he smiles.
The bell rings for the next class.
'Y/N, Daniel?' Jonah said as he jogged to catch up with us.
'Yeah?' Daniel asked as he turns to look at him. Jonah slows his pace.
'Can I talk to Y/N in alone please?' Jonah asks winking at Daniel.
'Oh yeah sure.' Daniel says nodding. 'I'll see you after school' He whispers to me as he walks to his next class. Jonah pulls me into an empty classroom.
'What is it, Jonah?' I ask him looking into his mesmerizing green eyes. My heart skips a beat. why am i... nervous?
'I just wanted to say, after school, meet us in the gym.' He says winking at me.
'Okay, why?' I ask him, not looking away from his beautiful eyes.
'Just be there, okay?' He answers as he holds the door open for me. I nodded and walked out of the empty room and towards my next class.
The class was finally over and I walk out of the classroom and towards the library. I wanted to find this specific book that my Dad recommended. I don't particularly like reading, but he left me a note with the name and author on it.
As I walk into the library I walked towards the isle it might be in.
'Dammit!' I mutter as I struggle to find it.
'Uh, you okay?' someone said. I jump.
'Geez Corbyn!' I say turning to look at him. Oh wow! He's grown a lot since I last saw him!
'Oh sorry! I didn't mean to scare you Y/N. I just saw you walk into the library and thought it was suspicious' He explained. we both laugh.
'Yeah, it's not every day you see me walk into the library.' I joke.
'Anyway, What are you looking for?' He asked me.
'Oh, just some book my Dad recommended to me.' I say giving him the paper with the name on it.
'Oooh, it's right...' He said, searching for the book. 'Here!' He pulls the book from the shelf.
'Thank you so much, Corbyn.' I say taking the book from his hands.
'Anytime Y/N!' He says waving as I walk out of the library.
I walk out of the front door of the school and see Daniel waiting for me.
'Daniel!' I say giving him a hug.
'Hey, Y/N!' he says hugging me back.
'What is this surprise thing that Jonah was talking about?' I ask peering at him suspiciously. mY heart melted as I locked eyes with his beautiful blue eyes.
'Now it wouldn't be a surprise if I told you, would it? And plus, the boys would be so mad if I told you.' He said as we walked towards the bus-stop. I smiled at him. He smiled back, his tooth gap showing.
'He is so cute!' I say to myself as we pile onto the bus.
