I get up off the seat.
'Hey,' Daniel says to me as I pick up my black back-pack from in front of my seat. 'Don't forget about the surprise!' He grins, cheesily.
'I won't, I promise!' I say as I get off the bus.
I open the door to my house and see my Dad in his usual position. On the couch watching T.V.
'Hey, Dad.' I say, taking my shoes off.
'Hey Y/N! How was school?' He asks.
'Eh, it was okay. Daniel and Jonah were acting kinda weird and now I need to get ready for some surprise.' I explain.
'Hm those boys have always fought ver you.' He muttered.
'What?' I say to myself. 'They are fighting over me?!'
'Anyway, you better get ready!' He said as he got up and hugged me.
'Okay, Dad. I'm not sure when I will be home, but when I find out, I will message you, okay?' I say as I start to walk up to my room.
'Alright.' He answers, sitting back down on the couch.
I walk into my room and open my closet.
'What should I wear?' I ask myself as I go through my clothes. I pull out a Short, white dress with an open back. 'Oooh, yes!' I say as I close my closet and put it on.
Once I put it on, I quickly put my white Vans on and grab my phone.
'Leaving home now :)' I text to Daniel.
'Alright, See you soon Y/N!' He replies back. I go downstairs, out of the front door, and to the bus stop.
I arrive at the school and I walk in through the large front doors and into the gym. As soon as I walk in I see all the boys, (Daniel, Jonah, Jack, Zach, and Corbyn) at the far end of the gym. They start playing one of my favorite songs by them. What am I.
Once they finish playing I start to tear up.
'Thank you guys so much!' I say going in for a group hug. Thay all hug me tightly.
'You're welcome.' They all say in unison. It was adorable. We all laugh.
'Oh yeah!' Daniel says pulling away and grabbing my hand. My heart skips a beat. 'Your presents!'
'Presents?' I ask. and sure enough there was a table with 5 presents on top of it. 1 present from each boy. 'Aww, thank you!' I say as I start to open the present from Daniel. The gift inside was a photo album filled with pictures of all of us when we were younger. I giggle as I flip through the pages.
I open Jonah's present next. It was an oversized hoodie and some food. I smile. Of course, he gave be these. He knows I love being lazy.
Next, I open Corbyn's. It was a bracelet with my initials on it.
'Aw thank you Corbyn.' I say. He just smiled and nodded.
And then I open Zach and Jack's. Zach's one was a gift card to my favorite shops and Jack's was a bunch of food. I chuckle and give them all a hug.
After that, we left school and walked to the nearest Ice-cream parlor.
As we are walking I look over at Daniel, his eyes on me. I blush and grab his hand.
As we walk in, heaps of scents just come over me. Chocolate, vanilla and many more.
'Y/N, what flavor do you want?' Daniel whispers to me. I drooled. All of the ice-cream looked so good. But I finally decided on Chocolate.
We sit down at one of the remaining tables and eat. The ice-cream tasted so good! I look at Daniel, only to see him looking at me. We lock eyes without looking away. He blushed and said,
'Can I talk to you? In private?' His eyes were as gorgeous as always.
'Of course.' I say, not taking my eyes off of him. We get up and walk toward the front of the shop.
'Hey um Y/N...' He says, blushing. My heart stops. Oh my god! Does he have a crush on me?! I started to go so red. the butterflies flutter furiously in my stomach. 'I love you.' He says looking me in my eyes. 'And I have for a while now.' He continues. But I interrupt him with a kiss, our lips melting together. A wave of warmth goes through me.
We pull apart and look into each other's eyes. His eyes were bright and surprised.
'I take that as an 'I love you too Daniel.'' He says. I nod and we both laugh. I hug him tight and we walk back into the Parlor, holding one another's hand.
