*Day later*

Charlotte sang to herself as she chops the tomatoes. She was making supper for her self since no one has came to see her. After chopping her tomatoes and putting them in the pot. She took her laptop and Skype Angela. Charlotte still kept her promise. She never forgets to Skype Angela. It rang for a while till Angela's face popped on the screen. Flash was laying besides watching TV in the hospital room. Angela was getting better but she was still not fully well to be out there. So she was still in the hospital. And she hated it and loved it at once.

"Hey Girlfriend." Angela said chewing her salad that flash got her on his way from making a drop. Henry was with Lisa. Lisa didn't mind watching him. Lisanna and Henry were great friends anyway, plus Trey was doing most off the work since she was pregnant.

"Hey Girlfriend." Charlotte greeted back sitting on the stool.

"How you doing? Is Marcus with you?" Angela asked. Charlotte sighed thinking about Marcus. He hasn't called or anything since he left her at the clinic.

"I'm okay and Marcus ain't here with me this time." Charlotte said.

"Oh. That sucks. You don't look okay though. What did Marcus do this time?" Angela asked knowing that her big brother was a mistake waiting to happen.

"Girl, he got his issues about me friend zoning him but forget that. Did your mom come see you yet?" Charlotte asked. Marcus made Charlotte talk to Angela's mom on the phone. And to Charlotte she sounded sweet but aye Charlotte wasn't a fool.

"Nope buh' she did call and gave me some sloppy ass story that she was busy and stuff. I really don't care. I am sick and all I need is to be calm and focus on getting better for my boo and son. Right Boo" Angela kissed flash's cheek. He shoved her head back. "Aye! Lisa did my hair today!" Angela yelled.

"Can't you see I'm watchin' da' game! Hey Charlotte. Ya' looking pretty." Flash smiled in the camera. Angela smacked his head. "Ouch" Charlotte laughed.

"You didn't compliment me!" Angela yelled.

"Okay damn. Angela you look pretty too. I love ya' hairstyle. Makes ya' eyes pop" flash said pecking her cheek repeatedly. Angela smiled.

"Thank you baby." Angela said. Charlotte shook her head.

"Y'all crazy" she said just than a knock on the door disturbed her. She looked at the door and wondered who was it.

"Who is it?" Angela asked making Charlotte shrug.

"I don't know. I have to open first. Wait up." She said. She walked to the pots and checked her food than walked to the door. She opened slowly. Only to see Marcus with some pink flowers. Charlotte placed her hand on her hip and cut her eyes at him.

"So, you not gon' let me in." Marcus asked.

"Nah. I got company." Charlotte lied. Marcus frowned

"Who's company?" He asked.

"Kelvin. His back." Charlotte lied again. Marcus pushed the door widely open and stomped in looking around. Charlotte laughed shaking her. She shut the door than turned to him.

"Mane, you like playin'." Marcus said handing her than flowers. Charlotte smiled looking at the pretty flowers. They smelt good too.

"Thank you for the flowers. I'm guessing this is your apology." She said

"You kno' me so well best friend" Marcus said sarcastically. Charlotte got the hint that he wanted to talk about the friend zone stuff.

"Okay Marcus, dish it." She said sitting on the couch.

"Charlotte, not today not now and not here. I got booked a nice ass hotel in Paris and I want us to go there." He said to her. Charlotte gasped not believing what she just heard.

"You lying?" She said

"No I'm not." He said.

"What Marcus" Charlotte hugged him as she smiled. "You don't know how much I need a break and an outing. It's work than the baby and-" Angela cut her.

"Baby?!" Angela yelled. Charlotte forgot about them. She walked to the laptop with Marcus behind her.

"Hey sis." Marcus smiled than put on a serious face. "Flash."

"Sup Marcus." Flash greeted back.

"Did what I asked you." Marcus asked.

"Yep. Made 100s only." Flash said.

"Good" Marcus said than he turned back to Charlotte and Angela who were waiting for them to finish talking.

"Any who! A baby? Are you pregnant Charlotte?" Lisa asked.

"Y-yeah. A month and a week." Charlotte said.

"Wow that's amazing." Angela said smiling.

"Yeah. We excited." Charlotte said smiling. Marcus nodded with a smile too.

"Are y'all tagatha'?" Flash asked. Charlotte and Marcus 's smiles dropped. Charlotte pushed hers back up but Marcus didn't.

"We...we w-working on that." Charlotte said making Marcus look at her with hope that he might actually get her back.

"Oh-kay" Angela said than looked at her salad. She was starting to feel a lil pain in her chest but she was not gonna worry everyone.

"So? Not datin'?" Flash asked again.  Marcus glare at him.

"Nigga bye. Bye sis." Marcus said than shut the laptop. Charlotte gasped looking at him.

"That was rude ass fuck Marcus." Charlotte said getting plates to dish up. Marcus shrugged sitting down than stared at her. He started remembering the times he had with her. When he would just sit in the kitchen and stare at her work her magic. He smiled remembering the times when she would blend over to the oven.

"Why you smiling?" Charlotte asked placing his plate down with a fork and a glass off water. She cooked spaghetti with tomato soup and meatballs. Marcus dug in, shoving up a big roll off spaghetti in his mouth. Charlotte sat next to him, she started eating along side him.

"Damn, I missed your cooking." Marcus said shoving a meatball in his mouth. Charlotte smiled blushing a lil.

"Shut your mouth when you eat Marcus." She said. Marcus laughed a lil. He looked at her as she ate. He made a promise to god that he was gonna make things right.
