It's been a few days and Angela already started her treatment. Charlotte has to go back home. Once again she got another ticket. Now, she was with Angela watching Love and Hip Hop. Charlotte brought her some snacks with fruits and they were enjoying themselves.

"I have to admit, laying on the hospital bed is not amazing." Angela said taking a jellybean than shoved it in her mouth. Charlotte laughed a bit.

"I know, I remember me laying here after that Jamie shit." Charlotte said.

"So" Angela turned to Charlotte. "Wussap with you and Marcus." She asked smiling. Charlotte hasn't told anyone about their fight.

"Let's just say your brother messed up again. And I'm going back home." Charlotte said.

"When?" Angela asked.

"Tonight."

"What?! And you wasn't gonna tell me!" Angela yelled.

"I was but when I was leaving. Look I'm sorry Ang. But I have to go back, especially since my job it there. I'll come back and see you. Meanwhile I'll be face timing and telling you everything you need to know about my job and drama with kelvin." Charlotte said.

"Wait, you going back with him?"

"I-i-i don't know. I hope his still home. I left him with out no reason. Even if we don't go back together, at least he'll get his closure" Charlotte said.

"Wow. Okay." Angela sighed. "Just promise me that you'll call everyday." Angela said taking Charlotte's hand. Charlotte smiled nodding her head.

"I promise sis." Charlotte said.

Charlotte sighed walking to her apartment door. She still had her key and she saw Kelvin's car parked outside and she was scared out her pants. She unlocked the door and walked in as quiet as she could. It was 1:34 am and Kelvin could be asleep. She walked to the bedroom and opened it slowly and there he was asleep.

"Thank god." She whispered. She put her bags down besides the bed than took out her jacket. Untied her hair than took out her sneakers.

"Charlotte?" Charlotte froze, she turned to him and Kelvin was up looking at her. He turned on his lamp so he could see her properly. Charlotte forced a smile.

"He-Hey." She said.

"Charlotte where have you been? I've been calling you and texting you. I even went to the police to file for a missing person. Especially when I heard you say that you weren't coming back." He said stepping out the bed, almost tripping from her bags.

"I'm so sorry Kelvin" sorry for lying, sleeping with my ex, loving my ex. "I was back home with Lisa and her husband." Charlotte said.

"Not your ex?" Kelvin asked. He was a smart man and he wasn't gonna be tricked. But than again he trusted Charlotte and he loved her deeply.

"N-n-no. N-not m-my ex. Why m-my ex? That bastard." Charlotte lied.

"Oh, okay. Anyway I missed you and I'm glad you home safely to me." Kelvin said pulling her to a hug than kissed her passionately. Charlotte didn't feel it. She just wanted to go shower than face time Angela. He pulled away smiling sweetly at her. Charlotte forced a smile back.

"Me too babe." Charlotte said.

"Oh, I got you something from South Africa, Durban. It's amazing, along with Johannesburg, Cape town, KZN that's what they call it , it's sho..." Charlotte paid less attention to him. She watched him as he talked and all she could think about was the sex she had with Marcus. Her heart was bleeding with guilt. Kelvin walked back to her with a Zulu Necklace. She smiled taking it from his hands.

"It's beautiful." Charlotte said.

"Yeah. Just like you." He said. Charlotte looked into his eyes and when she did, her stomach turned. She dropped the necklace than ran to the bathroom. She started vomiting her lunch. Kelvin got behind her, helping her by holding her hair.

"Babe, you okay? Did you eat something?" His voice made her vomit even more. Charlotte hold on to her stomach feeling it pain a lil. She vomit once more than stopped. She flushed the toilet than washed her mouth. After that she turned to look at him.

"I'm fine. I think it's the...uh...um sandwich. Yeah sandwich I ate from the airport." She said. Kelvin nodded.

"Nothing else?" He asked her.

"N-no Kelvin. I'm fine." She said. Than turned away from him. She was hurting with guilt and her stomach ain't helping.

"Charlotte, I know something is wrong with you. C'mon babe, tell me." He said. Charlotte wanted to tell the truth but she couldn't.

"My ex's sister Angela has lung cancer. So I was with her mostly." Charlotte said hoping that would clasp her guilt.

"Oh, I'm sorry to hear that baby. C'mere." He turned her around the hugged her. "She's gonna be fine. I'm sure she will beat it. Okay?" Charlotte nodded. The voices in her head started. Making her wanna cry.

'Do you remember moaning Marcus name?'

'Marcus yes yes oh daddy'

'Marcus I love you too!'

'Faster daddy!'

'Mmm yes baby'

'Ooh fuck Marcus'

"STOP IT!" Charlotte yelled making kelvin back away scared. Charlotte was shocked she said that out loud. She looked at Kelvin. Acting time. Charlotte had to act.

"Uh...stop it! What if she dies?! I'm scared!" She faked fear. Kelvin sighed than hugged her. Charlotte mentally rolled her eyes. Cursing herself.

"It's gonna be okay sweetheart" Kelvin said to her.

'More like never nigga!'

'Leave Kelvin stupid'

'No leave Marcus'

'You might be pregnant'

The last voice made her freeze. She didn't think that.
