Sorry it took so long for those of you who actually waited. I've decided to do two things after this chapter.
1. Continue the story in first person
2. WRITE MORE

“My turn,” Tia said as she drew a card from her deck. “I’ll activate Lightning vortex to destroy your face down and discard a card from my hand.” Kai revealed his face-down card to be a winged kuriboh and placed it in his graveyard. “Then I will summon Junk Synchron and activate it’s effect to special summon the monster I discarded earlier. I special summon my Plaguespreader Zombie.” Kai watched as Tia placed the two monster cards on the field with a frown. Kai had no idea what Tia was trying to do all he knew was that she summoned a Level 3 Junk synchron with 1200 ATK and a level 2 plaguespreader Zombie with 400 ATK.
“Now I will synchro-summon-,”
“SYNCHRO-SUMMON? What the heck is that?”
“You don’t know what sychrosummoning is?” Tai started laughing. Kai almost felt hurt but he remembered that Tia was a bully so he decided to take it with a grain of salt. “Basically if you have a tuner and a regular monster you can add there level together and make a new monster.” The voice came behind Kai when he looked back he realized it was the slifer red girl. “Do you have any synchro monsters?” Slifer girl shook her head. “ but I-I do have some fusion monsters.” Slifer girl then hands Kai a set of cards witch Kai takes a look at. “You know I wish you had handed me this sooner.” Kai said with a wide grin.”Well at least winning this will be easier. So now where were we.” Kai turned his head back at Tia prepared to see her move.
“Well I will use my level 2 Plaugespreader zombie and my level 4 X-Saber Galahad to synchro summon a level 6 XX-Saber Hyunlei, and I will destroy the face-down spell and traps on your field.”
“I activate my Divine wrath by sending my winged kuriboh from my hand to the graveyard I shall negate and destroy your Hyunlei”
“Very well…” Tia said putting her XX-Saber in the graveyard. “Then I will attack with my Marading captain and Junk Synchron.” Kai took 2400 points of damage. “Now I will synchro my other two monsters to my level 6 Junk Gardna in defense mode. Then I shall end my turn.” Kai watched as a green machine with 2600 DEF appear on the field.

“My turn, Draw.” Kai said as he drew a card from his deck. “I activate Pot of greed from my hand to draw two cards.” Kai continued to draw two more cards. “Now I will activate my face down Regeki Break, by sending my dandelion from my hand to the graveyard to destroy your junk Gardna and thanks to dandelion’s effect if I send him to the graveyard I can special summon two tokens to my side of the field.” Kai placed his dandelion in the graveyard and placed two tokens on his side of the field while Tia removed he junk Gardna from the field to the graveyard. “Now I will activate polymerization from my hand to fuse Gazelle King of Mythical Beast and Berformet from my hand to special summon Chimera the Flying Mythical Beast.” Kai then placed the two-headed Chimera with 2100 ATK/ 1800 DEF on his side of the field next to the two tokens. “Then I will activate Megamorph to double my Chimera’s attack to 4200 then I sacrifice the two Dandelion tokens to summon BLUE EYES WHITE DRAGON!!!” Kai Couldn’t help but show a wide grin as he emptied his hand to summon up a monster with 3000ATK and double his previous monster to 4200 ATK. “NOW ATTACK!!! Then I end my turn.” Tia smug smile fell right off her face as she lost 7200 life points.

Chimera’s attack dropped to 1550 since Kai had higher life points. Tia drew a card into her hand then her smug smile came back then she placed a winged kuriboh of her own in attack mode and set a spell and trap card face –down. “I end my turn” she said now apparently bored with the duel.

Kai drew his card and threw it faced up onto the mat got up and walked away. Everyone stared at Kai with puzzled looks on their faces until they saw the card he put down. It was a Ookazi, it’s effect was that the opponent would lose 800 life points and since Tia was the opponent she lost 800 life points. Tia lost the game. As Kai walked away he heard a loud thud, he turned around to see that Tia had apparently smacked her head into the table. Kai thought about going to help the girl but he decided that she was too much of a jerk to really deserve his help. Once he had made his decision he heard something come from the intercom. “WE ARE NOW IN VIEW OF DUEL ACADEMY.” Kai got out onto the ship’s deck so he could see the school. He couldn’t help himself from smiling. This would be the place where he could become a pro duelist he had finally arrived at duel academy.
