yoongi quickly exited his car and went through the front doors of their work place. he quickly went straight to the front desk where workers sign in to start working their shift. he went through the doors without signing anything and tried to find hoseok.

"hey! aren't you supposed to be sick?" the same man that gave him the poisoned cookie said. yoongi ran past him to go where hoseok was. when he got there, it wasn't hoseok who was there.

"where's hoseok?"

"oh...who knows," the female said while smirking. she sensed that something was off between him and namjoon. she loves drama so she went around to tell everyone that hoseok and namjoon had something going on. now seokjin hates namjoon and namjoon hates hoseok. it was the matter of what part of hoseok was being hit right now.

"where is he?!" yoongi yelled, his face red from holding his emotions back. the female flinched from the sudden noise.

"h-he's on the other side of the building...with namjoon and seokjin," she said quickly. yoongi ran as fast as he could to where she was talking about. he felt his lungs start to sting from the amount of running he was doing. he felt like his knees where going to give out but getting hoseok out of the building was his main priority.

once yoongi was there, he didn't hesitate to open the door, "hoseok!"

three heads snapped to see who it was; hoseok, namjoon, and seokjin.

yoongi was deeply breathing and his face was red from tiredness. his eyes were slightly red from the near encounter of tears.

"yoongi? are you feeling better?" seokjin asked.

"yeah, you've been sick for five days now," namjoon said.

hoseok got up and went to talk to yoongi privately. "what's wrong?"

"everything. get your things, we're out of here," yoongi turned around and walked back to the front. he didn't want to see hoseok for some reason. he didn't want to look hoseok in the face. he didn't know what was happening, he just saw those three and assumed something bad was going to happen.

"yoongi, something crazy happened this morning. the manager told me that i could get two lunch breaks and both of them had namjoon and seokjin. they talked to me how they don't hate me anymore and promised to keep promise. they even agreed to share their lunch," hoseok got in the passenger seat of the car while he started talking. his voice was a little monotone but nonetheless, yoongi felt how happy hoseok was at the moment.

"yeah that's really great, hoseok," yoongi said with some annoyance in his voice.

"i didn't have a really good lunch so i couldn't really share it with them but they each gave me their small bag of carrots. i was about to eat them before you came in looking like a maniac," hoseok mentally giggled. yoongi smiled, seeing the mental image of hobi giggling brought light to his stormy brain.

"say, yoongs, are we going home? why did you pick me up seven hours early?" hoseok asked.

"oh, my alarm must be seven hours off," yoongi smirked at his little joke. inside, he knew that hoseok laughed.

"but seriously, is something wrong?"

"no, i just wanted to see you home," yoongi smiled, staring at the road.

when they got home, yoongi was the first to enter the sweet home. hoseok put his jacket on the rack and took his shoes off. yoongi just stood there, his back to hoseok. once hoseok was done, yoongi asked, "hoseok, can i tell you how i feel? what i'm going through? or will you just pity me and not care?"
