new beginnings
with old feelings
no remorse for past actions

good behavior bad girl
bad behavior bad world
2019 never thought i'd see the day
where yesterday didn't matter
where today is winter and yesterday is the fallen leaves
call me a fallen thing
i've fallen from my past ways
into new days
tears no longer as heavy as alice
hurt people mean no malice
but a bad world with a new girl
makes for a queen of hearts
to 2019
another year for broken minds and naive hearts
my new year
there will be no new me
no new makings
just me in my world
with a flute of whatever she's drinking
and feelings that are never sinking
