(3rd Person, Thomas' POV)

The Gathering was horrible. The Gally guy kept saying he shouldn't be here and that they're going to die soon because of him. The Gathering was quick, so lucky for him.

Back to present time, Thomas was crying but trying to not wake anyone up. He missed his parents and friends. Somehow, he can recall his one friend but forgot her name. His memories were fading, fast. But he didn't mind.

"I miss them too." Someone said from behind him with a british accent. Newt.

"Newt-- I-- Sorry, did I wake you up?" He said wiping his tears. He hoped Newt hasn't seen him like this.

"Don't be sorry." Newt said as he approached Thomas, he went to Thomas' side and stared at the night. "I miss them, but suddenly I'm forgetting them. Ever felt that?" Newt said looking at him. "Uh yeah." The thought of forgetting his parents hurt, then suddenly, a dizzy spell hit him. He fell, and he could have sworn said something. "WICKED is good."

"You alright?" Newt got down to him, kneeling down to him, his hand at he back of his head. "Did you say something when I fell?" Thomas asked. "Um, no." Newt said, confused.

"Are you alright?" Newt asked again, more concerned. "Yeah." It was more of a whisper. Then, he closex his eyes and fell into deep sleep.
