The Celebration

Phil's POV:

....This celebration is so fucking awkward, I mean, ok it's extravagant and all, but it's too much for me, "If only someone I can actually talk to arrives", "Phil!", and just like a miracle, pina arrived, "Holy crap, pina is that you?!", "Oh no, i'm just pan-pan, nice to meet you", pina is sometimes sarcastic, but I actually got used to it 'cause it adds to her personality, "PFFT—", "Of course it's me you dingus! It's been forever!", "Pina, it's been three days", putting an emphasis to three days both of us laughed, since the 'three days' thing is one of our inside jokes, it's actually nice to have someone understand you for once, sharing the same experiences, and also have the same dialects and languages, speaking of languages, "Baket ba tayo nag-iingles? Eh puwede naman tayo mag tagalog (Why are we even speaking in english when we can speak in tagalog?)", pina snickered, although she looked understanding in this situation, "Edi mag tagalog tayo, mas masaya nga kasi hindi alam ng ibang tao kung ano yung sinasabi naten eh (Then let's just speak in tagalog, it's much more fun that way considering the fact that no one can understand us)", hearing or even seeing pina again is really refreshing, I don't know why but I somewhat miss her, is it because we were friends when we were still children? Or is it because she was gone for a long time? Either or, I like her company, it makes me comfortable for once, "Saan yung iba? (Where are the others?)", "Ewan ko nga eh (I honestly don't know)"

"Phil!", i heard a faint voice but still loud enough to hear, "Ame?", "Oh, phil you finally arrived!...And who's this?", ame gestured to pina, "Waw~, may jowa ka na pala ah (Wow~, you already have a boyfriend)", pina smirked, I blushed knowing that ame isn't even in a relationship with me, "I—"Wow, phil I didn't know you had a girlfriend", I was quickly cut off by ame teasing me, and pina was flattered by his words and just laughed, I do not have a girlfriend or a boyfriend, and I probably will never have one, "She isn't my girlfriend ame...", "I'm actually just a very close friend of him", "O-Oh, my apologies, I actually thought you were", this scene is unfolding so awkwardly, with the three of us blushing in embarassment, but thankfully I broke the awkwardness by just introducing her to ame, "Ame, meet pina, Pina meet ame, he's one of my closest friends too", "Oh! Nice to meet you then"(ame), "It's nice to make you too"(pina), well, at least pina is charming and very joyful just like me,

"Pina!", ASEAN exclaimed, "Oh, sorry but I have to go, ASEAN is calling me", "Okay, I hope you have a fun time here!"(ame), "I will, thank you again by the way", before she left she excused herself to me too,

"Wow, she's one of a kind isn't she?", I stare into ame with a poker face, preparing myself for the bullshit he's probably gonna say, "Hey, come on phil i'm just joking, and besides i'm not a homewrecker", "She isn't my girlfriend ame -_-",
"I know i'm just kidding with ya—"Philipp!", ah shet here we go again, at the corner of my eye I saw spain, i'm not really that close to him anymore, even if he colonized me for 333 years, "Ah, it's nice to see you again phil!, it's been a long time, oh, and you too america", spain and ame went to war with each other back then, but now they're neutral with each other, but, for some reason they seem to have a tension between them today, ugh as if this coudn't get any worse....

Pina's POV:

"These are your members?", "Yes, they can sometimes be annoying but they're very precious to me—", I don't wanna sound like a prick but holy shet, this celebration is so boring, ...."psst", "wh-", a look of confusion overcomes me, "pina...", I look everywhere until I notice who it is, it's cambodia, "what do you want dia?", I said with a whisper, "are you bored?", "no...", "are you sure?", "...I can hold my boredom dia", ASEAN, noticing that I was talking to dia nudged my arm to keep quiet, in which I responded by still talking to dia, but only to signal her to stay silent too, "dia, ASEAN said to keep quiet", "but i'm starving..", "we'll eat soon", but I'll probably not join, I've lost my energy to eat just because there were many countries here, I'll just probably take a bite, "Excuse me, but what's your name?", snapping back to reality, I said, "Oh, my name is philippines", "Ah, so you're the female latitude of phil?", "Yes", "Is there a nickname that I may call you?", "Well...you can call me pina", "Pina? A lovely name, I hope some of my other members, and my male longitude would have the chance to meet all of you", flattered I hid my face behind laysia's back, "Thank you", the other members giggled at my shyness and UN laughed as she said, "Your welcome, I hope you all will enjoy our celebration", "We will UN, thank you again",
