"Annabelle, are you feeling better?" Doctor Lim (Bryan) asked Annabelle who just woke up from unconsiousness. Annabelle widen her eyes, she was so thrilled to see Bryan in front of her eyes. "Bryan you're back!! See I knew it! You weren't dead..." She hugged his waist. Bryan and the nurses looked confused, "Annabelle I think you've mistaken me for someone else." He said as he pushed her away. Annabelle was taken back, "No?! You're Bryan right? Bryan Goh..."  A nurse then said to Annabelle, "No, he's Bryan Lim..." Annabelle turned distressed. Meanwhile, Melissa was observing the entire scene from outside. "Should I tell him the truth?" She thought. Melissa walked back off to the Woman and Children Department since her assistant informed her she has a patient waiting for her back there.

Estella also came to the same hospital to have a check-up as she wasn't feeling very well also. "Miss Wong? The doctor is ready to see you" Melissa's assistant called to Estella. Estella walked in and explained to Melissa that she feels very giddy and vomits a lot. And her period comes very late. "Congratulations Miss Wong!" Melissa exclaimed, "You're pregnant." Estella was stunned for a moment, her heart was in her mouth, "Pr.. Preg... Pregnant?" Estella muttered. "Yepp! 3 months!" Melissa beamed. "AND YOU'RE STILL HAPPY FOR ME?!" Estella exploded in front of Melissa, "YOU WRENCHED DOCTOR. HOW IS THIS GOOD NEWS?!" Bryan, who was busy hearing the commotion from outside charged into the room, "Hey pregnant lady! Chill your temper! Throwing a tantrum is not good for your child..." Bryan said in sarcasm. "HOW DO YOU EXPECT!! UGHH!" Estella stomped out of the room in agony. Bryan and Melissa looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders.

"How's the amenities here? Is the bed comfortable? Is the food okay?" Jeral asked Annabelle who was back-facing him. "I'm fine, you can leave me alone..." Annabelle snapped. Jeral sighed, "But I really came here to visit you out of concern, can you at least talk to me?" Annabelle turned around and said with an annoyed tone, "Seeing you makes me even more sick..." then she turned back and faced the window. " Just then, Bryan walked in to check on Annabelle. "Hey Annabelle, how are you now?" Annabelle was glad that Bryan finally came, "Bryan, I mean Doctor Lim, please chase this patient out for me... He's annoying me and I can't get any rest..." Jeral was scandalized by Bryan's appearance. Taking his patient's health to priority, he got Jeral to leave. However, Jeral rebelled against Bryan, he stood up and grabbed Bryan's collar, "You peasent... Where have you been all this time?" Bryan was bewildered, he flunged off Jeral's hands, "Please leave... You are distrubing the patient..." Jeral left in irritation.
