"Thank you Doctor Lim for volunteering to do health checkups for these orphans", the Head Caregiver thanked Melissa. As Melissa was about to leave, she went into one of the rooms and saw a 2 year old toddler. She found the child familiar, she approached the caregiver to ask about the child's identity, "Oh! This is Zoey. That's what her mom named her..." Melissa asked, "And her mom is?" The Caregiver checked on the computer and told Melissa that it was Estella's child. "Damn she really left her child in the orphanage..." Melissa went back to her clinic and called up Estella, asking why did she abandon her child in the orphanage. "I have nothing related to that brat anymore..." Estella said in a sober state. After getting approval from Estella, Melissa decided to adopt Zoey.

"Actually Alexandra, I really like you and I want to take care of you for the rest of my life, can you follow me to Australia?" Alexandra was tongue-tied, she tried to change the subject by asking him whether is Zane taking Sammy back. "Stop trying to change the subject.." He said in a serious tone. "I really don't know... Can you give me some time to think?" He nodded his head and left Alexandra's room. After Emmanuel left for work, Alexandra brought Sammy out for a walk. As they approached the usual bench, Sammy climbed up and sat down. "You're leaving me already... You're going back to Zane... And I... Actually Sammy I don't know whether to follow Emmanuel to Australia. Should I?" Just as she carried Sammy down to head home, a familiar voice stopped her.

"Alexandra!" She turned around and saw Jeral. "Thank God you came! I thought I wasn't going to see you for the last time." Jeral looked confused. She then explained to Jeral that Emmanuel asked her to go over to Australia with him. Jeral then pleaded her, "Can you not leave? I don't want you to leave..." Alexandra looked at him pitifully, Jeral continued, "Remember the time I said if the world rejects you, you come to me and I'll accept you? Now I'm the one getting rejected. I came to you so will you accept me?" 

Melissa was scrolling through the blind date website, she was starting to lose her temper, "These guys are all nothing but shit!" she yelled, and she thought that it's time for her to get back to work. "NEXT!!" She yelled to the nurse. "Are you Zane Ow?" She asked while looking at the computer monitor. "Yes, Doctor Melissa Lim..." Melissa looked at him, and soon she had an instant flashback.
