Like what Venus instructed me to do regarding the mind link thing, I focused my mind on Antonio and tried to speak to him.shit. I just hope he recognized me.

'Antonio?'

I got no response. Shit. I have to try harder. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath.

'Antonio. Help me.'

After seconds, I felt something poking my mind. Like someone trying to talk to me.

I was about to ask him what he meant but then again he shut me out. Tsk. Temperamental jerk.

I can see Alpha Toby almost losing his shits while glaring at me. Whatever dude, I'm not shifting in front of you. He was about to walk and grab my neck when we heard someone yelling from the pack house.

I couldn't help but let out a bark out of happiness. Nice timing Antonio. Almost got me killed.

So his name's Antonio Gabriel. Nice. Gonna call him Gabby starting today. I really love giving others nicknames that they aren't used to hearing.

"She's, she first shifted tonight. She's the girl I brought here."

"If you won't mind, will you all please turn around so she could shift back to her human form?"

"Why won't she shift now?"

I rolled my eyes at him. Stupid. Are all alpha's stupid?

"She told me she's not comfortable with it."

"How on Earth did you two manage to talk?"

Gabby pointed to his temple. Hope Alpha Toby gets what he meant. I look at Alpha Toby and he sighed.
