Chpt 22

Freddy's POV

The rain was heavier than usual, and winter was quickly approaching.

Bonnie was still asleep in his bed and I had decided to go out for a patrol ride around the woods, the fog that lay low on the ground was so I thick I could barely see past my nose.

I took in a deep breath, taking in the earthy smells but something seemed off this morning, I'm not sure what it was but I had the strong urge to run, but I wasn't going to, whatever it is, I can deal with it.

The 9 o clock bell chimed off in the distance signaling for me to turn back and head back to the castle.

I was almost a mile away from the bridge and took around 20 minutes to get there but I was in no rush, I was still trying to process everything that has happened, both good and bad.

Bonnie bang to appear in my mind as I slowly closed my eyes. Imagining his soft lavender fur, those remarkably beautiful red ruby eyes, his touch was so gentle and mine was so rough, all I wanted to do was hold him in my arms and never let go.

I smiled at the though and opened my eyes to see we were almost to the castle. Smiling wider I dug my heels into the side of my horse and we took off down the rock road towards the castle.

I finally made it to the entrance and let one of the guards take my horse as I walked in. Chicas head popped out of the kitchen and smiled rushing over with a slice of cake in her hand. "Hey chi-" she cut me off my shoving the slice in my mouth. "How is it!? Good? Bad? Two dry!?!!" She yelled her eyes wide, waiting for my response.

I smiled chocking on it a little bit before swallowing. "Well it was perfect besides the fact you tried to kill me with it" she chuckles. "Sorry it's a new recipe I made up based on your favorite flavors.......was anything wrong with it?"

I shook my head. "No, actually like I said it was perfect, absolutely perfect" she squealed and took off towards the kitchen where I could here the cooks all rushing around getting tonight's dinner prepared.

I chuckles and walked away wiping the crumbs from my cloths. Golden freddy walked down the stairs and a smile appeared on my face. "Brother!" I yelled, pulling him into a tight hug.

"How did you sleep? Well I hope!" He smiles and kinda blushed and turned away. "I - uh I slept fine, thanks for asking."

"Well that's good, by the way, have you seen bonnje around?" He stops for a moment. "Yeah he's in the rose garden I'm pretty sure"

I smiled and thanked him, rushing off out towards the rose garden's to find my bon.

I walked out and immediately laid eyes on him laying in the hammock between the two cherry blossom trees, multitudes of blankets wrapped around him as he let the breeze blow him from side to side.
I plucked a red rose and walked over noticing his eyes were closed. "Hey babe" he eyes fluttered open and he smiled with delight. "Well good morning, I could find you this morning where were you?"

I placed the rose on his chest and kissed his cheek. "Morning patrol, I got up kinda late anyways"

He scoffs. "Six in the morning is NOT late, it's way,way,way, to early, and you need your sleep."

"Yeah well I have lots of work to do." He looks at me up and down. "Oh yeah how's that workin out for ya?"

"Imma punch you in the face you purple prick" he chuckles and rolled out of the hammock tucking the rose behind his ear.

"You can try, but your to fat to even catch me"

"Fat!!!!! I'll have you know, this is 100 % pure muscle you low life excuse for a boyfriend, I could break you like a fucking toothpick"
