Chpt 26

Freddy's POV

     My eyes fluttered open to me in bed, my body aches and it felt as if I was in a dream. I soon found I was in my own bed, in my own room. I look over and see where the blankets had been shifted as if someone had been laying next to me but had recently gotten up and left.

I clear out my throat knowing I was hungry and parched. I slowly lifted up and a sharp pain fell through my chest, I felt the bandages wrapped around my chest, head, ankles, and wrist.

"What the hell happened?"

I swing my legs over the bed and use the wall for support as I make my way towards the door. I pull open the door and look up and down the hallway.

Lily, one of our head maids had just finished cleaning foxys room as she turned and made eye co tact immediately dropping a bucket of water in surprise.

" Sir freddy!!," she rushed over helping support me.

"Please! You must sit back in your bed! Your in no condition to be walking just yet! Your may rip your stitches"

She helped me walk back into my room and sat me n my bed.

"Oh sire! The kingdom will be thrilled to hear you are awake!"

"L-Lily? How long was I asleep?"

She paused for a split moment and smiled.

"I'm afraid it's been two weeks sire........ we were ready to put your down after ten days but..... your soul other wouldn't allow us"

She said, her brown eyes saddened.

"Bonnie? Where is he?"

"I'm most certain he's on border patrol, he took over ever since you have disappeared and rested"

"I have to go see him! Can you send someone to receive him?"

She nodded and brushed off her apron. "I'll call in a nurse to check your wounds as well"

I smiled. "Thank you lily"

She bowed and turned away walking out the door.

Soon a nurse came into the room and pulled the shirt from me and began unwrapping my wrap.

"It is so comforting to see you alive and well sire, we were all beginning to lose hope on you"

I smiled. "Yeah it's nice to be back...... I guess"

She unwrapped the bandages from my wrists and I could see the stitches were stitched in an X across the bottom of my wrist.

"Can you move your fingers?" I moved all of my fingers and she smiled. "Good good!, you are in much better health than I thought you were going to be"

She cleaned the stitches And began applying ointment to the when I herd somebody running up the stairs frantically.

I smiled and blushed knowing who it was.

Bonnie and foxy bust into the room and squealed in joy as they ran over.

Bonnie grabbed my face kissing me all over. "Oh freddy I knew you would wake up! They told me you were done for but I just knew!"

The nurse kind of glared at him and he smiled and moved away.

"I think you should leave me and the sire to care for his wounds first"

Bonnie looked at me and the nurse and I nodded my head signaling it was probably best he wait outside the room although I desperately didn't want him or foxy to leave.
