Why

Helloo its meee and I'm back, and I'm feeling better. Not really got alot to say but enjoy this chapter.

Toni and Cheryl enter the school hand in hand both with a smile on each others face. Toni and Cheryl head over to the drinks toni handing Cheryl one before they walk over to a couple of empty seats. Toni pulls Cheryl's chair out for her before heading over to her own chair.

"I never thought my life could turn out like this" Cheryl mentions dreamily to toni "like what?, with me, I mean I know I'm amazing but jeez-" Cheryl interrupts toni with a small slap to her arm while giggling like a child "no- Well yes you, but like everything. My life was hell before you came into it, you saved me from a dark place in my life that I though i could never come back from. "toni looks at her for a second "what?" Cheryl asks "so what your saying is that I AM an amazing person and that what I said before was the truth! I knew it" she finishes with a goofy smile. the pair both burst out laughing enjoying each other prensence.

The pair continue to chat away for a while, when suddenly the lights and song change to a slow one. Toni stands up and walks a step to Cheryl. Toni offers her hand to help the redhead stand "would you care to dance with me princess" Cheryl nods, her hand joining tonis as she stands, trying and failing to hide the blush covering her cheeks at the nickname. They walk to the dance floor where the other couples are pairing up to also dance. Toni wraps her arms around Cheryl's waist, Cheryl's hands resting on tonis shoulders. Cheryl instantly feels the stares, fear rising up her body, what if this is all some lie, maybe toni never actually liked her and it was all to make a joke of her in this moment. Toni senses Cheryl's fear, along with a deep blush appearing over Cheryl's face. Toni squeezes her arms around Cheryl's waist getting her attention "baby, don't pay no attention to them, they're just jealous of how amazingly fucking hot you look, ok? And if anyone does say anything about you, I'll personally stomp on their head" a small smile appears on Cheryl's lips, toni staring at them."Am I allowed to kiss you? orrr like do you not want to because of all the people" Cheryl nods "it's fine, I have my big strong toni here to stomp on people's heads if they judge"  she finishes with a small tilt of her head, eyes locking with toni's.

Toni smiles before leaning forwards and slightly upwards to attach her lips to Cheryl's. Toni let's out a small audible sigh, as a feeling of relief spreads throughout her body. Her hands trail up Cheryl's body to the back of her neck scraping lightly as the pace of the kiss picks up ever so slightly, Cheryl's hands cup toni's face when toni lightly bites Cheryl's bottom lip. They detach lips as the song comes to an end, the mood in the room changing along with the song.

Toni laughs a little, hiding her face in Cheryl's shoulder, feeling slightly embarrassed thinking how people could have been watching their small makout session. "aww are you embarrassed toni?" Cheryl says rubbing toni's back. The smaller girl doesn't respond just letting out a small whine. Cheryl chuckles "come on toni I want to dance" toni moves to look at Cheryl to see a small pout on her lips "ok".

They separate from each others embrace and start to dance. Cheryl now regretting her decision now starts feeling increasingly more stupid about how shes dancing by the second. Toni notices Cheryl's change in mood, she also doesn't fail to notice the few people staring. Toni decides to cheer her up but also directing the attention away from her. The small serpent starts waving her arms around wildly, jumping up and down and overall looking possesed. Cheryl laughs out loud "TT what are you doing? " toni can't stop the laughter either as she dances like a child. She continues to dance wildly as other students also laugh at her stupidity.

Cheryl grabs toni's shoulders keeping her on the ground stopping the serpents silly dance" TT stop, your making yourself look like a fool"   "I know that was the point" toni shrugs her shoulders "thankyou toni" Cheryl tells the smaller girl, adoration in her voice "no problem babe".

"ladies and gentlemen, could you all direct your attention to the front please, we are about to announce prom King and Queen!" people start to look forward as toni grabs onto Cheryl's hand, "cheryl just know, that even if your not prom queen tonight, you'll alway be mine, forever and always." she finishes, looking at Cheryl, a soft smile on her face "and you'll be mine" Cheryl says squeezing tonis hand. "couples of riverdale..." toni laugh a little "ew he's so geeky" Cheryl lightly shoves her "TT, not now" toni listens, stopping her laughing. "... and the lucky two who have been nominated for prom King and Queen are!.....CHERYL AND HEATHER!!"

Hehe cliff hanger.. Sorryyyyyy I had to. I'll have the next update within the next 2 days 🤷‍♀️ also tell me what you think is gonna happen, I'm  interested.
