"Here we go with this bullshit." I said looking at Dave sitting on the edge of the porch. I unstrapped Lauren from her car seat.
"TeTe. My candy!" She laughed.
"I was gonna get your candy, silly." I said tickling her.
I grabbed two bags from the back of the car and Lala grabbed the last two.
"Be calm." LaLa said. I nodded and locked the doors.
"Hey boys." I said as Shawn, Zay, Rico got up to hug me. Lala grabbed the bags and handed them to Uncle Henry.
"Hey Dave." I said mentally rolling my eyes. He nodded.
"Hi, I'm Vanessa!" Some girl said holding her hand out.
"Okay." I said and her smile dropped. "You brought the bottles Zay?" I said turning towards him.
"Yeah sis. You kno-" He started.
"That's a nice car! Your man bought you that?" Vanessa asked all in my business. I chuckled.
"Babygirl. I don't need a man to buy me shit. I work hard for everything I got." I said with attitude.
"Ohhh shit now sis!" Shawn said dapping me up.
"Periodt pooh!" Rico gay ass yelled out making us laugh. I headed inside to enjoy time with my family.
1 hour later
"Go mama!" I yelled hyping up my mama. Shy, Lala, Mama East, and my mama we were all chilling in the kitchen. My mama was in here trying to twerk.
"Ma. Ain't no way!" LaLa laughed.
"Girl. I can still get down." Mama said dropping low.
"But can you get back up?" Shy said. Her and LaLa started laughing.
Mama started chasing them around the island.
"Y'all gone stop messing with my mama." I said hugging her.
"Thanks squirt." She kissed my forehead. "Now get out the kitchen. We gotta clean up." She said shooing us out.
"We can clean up for y'all. Go chill, y'all been cooking all day." Shy said pushing them out the kitchen. They left out the kitchen.
"We need to have another girls night out." Lala said.
"You right. I miss a night out with my girls." I stated running the water in the sink. I started on the dishes.
20 mins later
"My ass is tired." Shy said sitting on the island. Lala grabbed a bottle of Rose.
"Y'all want some?" She asked pouring us a glass. We nodded. Dave walked in fixing him some Henny.
"Aye LaLa. I need you to help me get that thing from my car." Shy said being messy. LaLa nodded.
"Yeah...that thing." They ran out the kitchen. I know they noisy asses standing at the door too.
"What's up with you?" Dave asked. I shrugged. "See here you go with this attitude." I scoffed.
"My attitude? Listen I have a right to feel this way, after you left me." I rolled my eyes sitting up on the island.
"Man. I'm not doing this right now." He waved me off.
"Here YOU go running away from this once again. Can't you just admit you were wrong." I stated.
"I gave you a choice, and you did what you had to do." I took a deep breath.
"It's not my fault! You wanted me to drop all my goals to move too LA with you. I was going to school Dave, and building my platform! I just needed some support from YOU." I stated.
"Listen, I got to go." He stated walking out.
"Everytime..." I wiped my eyes. LaLa and Shy came walking in. "I'm about to head out." I said grabbing my bag.
"I love you." Shy said hugging me. "This toxicity in y'all relationship will be broken." She wiped my eyes.
"I love y'all" I hugged them.
"I will call y'all tomorrow. Tell everyone I headed out." They nodded.
