"I love it! Thank you!" She smiled and admired her makeup in the mirror. She handed me the money. "Be safe!" She smiled.
"Aww. Thanks hun, you too!" She headed out. I cleaned up the shop and grabbed my things. I locked up the shop.
"Mama East, blue heart is calling." I picked up the call.
"Hey Ma." I answered hooking my phone up to the car.
"You got that phone in your hand?" She asked with a serious tone.
"No. It's connected to the radio ma." I laughed at her serious tone. "Wyd?" I asked.
"Making some desserts for David's party tonight." I rolled my eyes. "I need some help. Do you mind helping me out?" She asked.
"I don't mind. I will be over in fifteen. See you later." I said ending the call.
15 mins later
"Helloo, Mama East?" I walked in closing the door behind me. I walked into the living room and my mouth dropped. This old lady set me up.
"I thought it was just us here Ma." I said sitting my bag down.
"Problem?" He said smirking. I rolled my eyes.
"I can't deal with this. See you later ma." I grabbed my bag.
"No! Come back over here and sit down. These arguments and grudges your holding against eachother are CHILDISH!" She said looking between us. "Y'all are gonna sit here and talk things out like adults. Your really wasting your friendship over silly arguments." She asked and walked out the room.
"I'm sorry..." I said taking a breath. "She is right, I have been acting childish. All because you left. I just thought being a bitch to you, would make you understand how you made me feel." I shrugged.
