Does anyone sometimes get that moment where there so dumbfounded that they start to question life?

WELL I DID!

Let's rewind

-----------

A few hours ago

-----------

If you were outside a certain door you would feel the warmth and happiness radiating off of the door.

Inside is two happy parents, a brother, and a newly born sister.

Strangely enough the child didn't cry.

'Why the hell is someone narrating?'

Wait you can hear me?

'Yes, and it's weird.'

Wow i'm actually being acknowledged.....

'Why wouldn't you be?'

T-T You'd be surprised if I had told you.

'Ok then....'

'Well thanks for the help, but I think I can narrate my own story'

Honestly i'm surprised I didn't cry in the first place. Cuz imma crybaby.

It felt like your head was in a compressor and it was only getting worse. Thank gosh it ended quickly.

My hearing was worse than a armadillo. Don't even get me started on my eyesight.

A doctor came in with a sheet of paper.

"First things first! What will you name her?"

Well I already know my first name is Layla. Unless they changed it and decided on something else.

My mom looks up at my dad, they both nod.

"Her name will be–"

Without even realizing I was tired, I fell asleep.

--------------

By the time my parents and my brother came to pick me up my hearing had already increased expediently.

As my brother comes in I look into his eyes......

Cold, Uncaring, Ruthless.....

(Cue internal screaming)

'AHHHHH WHY?? WHAT DID I EVER DO TO YOU LORD? I JUST WANTED A CARING BROTHER!

"She looks like a rat."

I snap out of whatever I was doing and looked at my 'brother' again.

'Ehhhhhh True. Buttttttt......YOU SELF-CENTERED NO GOOD ******************************'

'HA if i'm a rat you're one too since we have the same parents. So Xp'

'Wait why does he look so smug?' A sudden realization fell upon me. HE'S ADOPTED!

'Guess i'll be a rat and die alone. T-T'

'I WISH ODIS WAS HERE! Instead of this piece of GARBGE!'

I look to my parents, 'Are you gonna do anything with this child???'

"Awww don't say that. She's a beautiful angel." A man (which I assume to be my dad) then walks over and gently picks me up.....the wrong way. So of course mom (my intuition says it's her) now comes over and helps me out. Thank the Lord for moms.

Mom then looks to dad,

"The doctors said that we could now take her home, and if there are any complications come back in."
