Briar's P.O.V
It's 11:00 pm and we're supposed to be asleep, but I can't get to sleep. All I can think about is Rose (Rosabella, Rose is my nickname for her). I get up out of my bed and walk over to my wardrobe, and get dressed into my clothes. I slowly open the door and quietly shut it behind me, making sure to not wake up Ashlynne. I make sure no one is around in the corridors and run over to Darling's room. I put my ear against the door and hear someone crying. I check to see if the door is unlocked. The door is unlocked so open the door. I open the door to find Daring comforting Darling who is crying. Daring looks up at me and motions for me to come and sit next to Darling.
"Are you alright Darling?" I ask with a comforting smile.
She shakes her head, and buries her head further into her hands and cries harder. I feel bad for her and hug her tight. I start to cry as well. Darling lets go and sits up straight. She looks up at me and wipes away a tear rolling down her cheek.
Darling: "Briar?"
"Yes, Darling?" I answered with a sad smile.
Darling: "Is everything going to be alright?"
"I hope so..." I say trying to force a smile.
There is an awkward silence between the three of us.
"Well I'm here to sneak you guys out with me so we can find Rose" I said standing up and holding out my hand for Darling.
Darling: "Thanks. I'll get dressed now. You should get dressed too Daring."
Daring: "Will do."
When he said that he walked over to the door and left, shutting the door behind him. I sat down onto Rose's bed and looked at all her books on her bedside table while Darling was getting ready in the bathroom. After about two minutes Darling came out fully dressed. I stood up and walked out the door with Darling following behind. Darling then shut the door and locked it. We walked over to Daring's room where we saw Daring waiting outside.
Darling: "Wow, for once you're ready on time." Darling said with a smirk.
Daring: "Let's just go"
It was only us three since we couldn't find Apple, and Raven and Dexter were going out on a date.
