"What the fuck is going on." I yell for about the millionth time. I've been pacing around my room for an hour trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with me.
How is this Johnson kid in a coma when I've been seeing him around the school through out the whole day! Am I going in sane!

I'm so confused, and I have no idea what I'm suppose to do. I try googling strange things people can experience when they have a coma. It says some stuff about people being able to walk around outside there bodies, but it says nothing about someone being able to see a coma patient that they don't even know! I'm so confused and stressed out I start to hyperventilate. My body starts to shake and I can't breathe. I'm having a panic attack. I try to calm down but I can't I'm so scared.

Through my shaking and crying I hear someone come into my bedroom. The person drops something they're holding and starts rushing over to me. The person takes my face and forces me to look at them. I see hayes's calm blue eyes staring at me.

"Miranda you need to calm down. Take a deep breath in and out." He says soothingly. His words help because I slowly start to catch my breath and am able to stop shaking. I can feel all my panic and terror disappearing now.

"Thanks hayes I was really freaking out. I don't know what would have happened if you hadn't shown up."

"It's cool. What caused you to have the attack, you haven't had one in months."

I decided it best not to tell him I was going insane so I went with the thing that normally caused me to have an attack. "I was looking at some old stuff, and I saw a picture of my dad. It just brought back some painful memories."

Hayes gives me a sympathetic look. "Well I don't mean to bring your day down any more, but Nash is home and he's pissed especially at you so I wouldn't go down stairs for a while."

"Thanks hayes I really owe you one."

"Don't mention it." He says before he leaves my room closing the door behind him. Hayes was the one good thing that made my mom marring his dad a good thing. This isn't the first time he's been there to help me out of s panic attack. He was so sweet and kind to me unlike nash. I don't know how they're related.

I sit on my bed and try to get homework done, but my mind is in a million different places. I hear my phone buzz, and see I have a text from Jack. I was shocked I thought he was pissed at me for asking about Johnson. His text said "sorry about early I over reacted it's just talking about Jack really pisses me off would you still be willing to come hang out with cam and I."

I immediately text back "I completely understand, and yes I would love to hang out with you and cam!"

"Great! My address is 123 maple Ave. Come over when ever."

"Okay cool be there in a few." I get directions to Jacks house and see it's only five minuets away. I'm about to head out my bedroom door when I remember Nash was still pissed about early today. I head to the window and look down. Only about a ten foot drop. I think I can make it if I use the maple tree that's next to my window.

After I manage to clamber down the tree I grab my bike and pedal as fast as I can to Jacks house. I get to what I think is his house. It's a cute little house. Medium sized and on a culd-a-sac. I knock on the door and jack answers giving me a giant hug. "Can't breathe." I say

"Oh sorry. Welcome to my house."

"Thanks!"

"Hey Miranda we were just about to start playing Mario cart. Care to join us." I hear cam yell from the living room.

"As long as you don't mind getting your asses handed to you." I reply.

"Your on." Jack says with a competitive glint in his eyes.

After two hours of Mario cart, which I dominated at just saying. We decided to talk, and get to know each other better.

"So why exactly is your brother a dick to you again?" Jack asks.

"Step brother." I correct. "And honestly I don't know. Ever since our parents got married he's always just hated me."

"Well if he ever tries hurting you come to us and we'll chop his balls off." Cam says.

"Okay thanks." I reply giggling.

"Do you have any other talents besides drawing?" Jack asks.

"You can draw?" Cam questions.

"A little and I can play guitar and, I'm learning how to play the piano."

"Awesome!" Jack responds.

"Yeah. Did you know jack sings. Him and johnson you to make the sickest beats. They were..." Cam stops once he realizes what he's said. The situation gets extremely awkward extremely fast.

"I think I better get going." I say trying to diffuse the tension.

"Yeah." Says Jack as he leads me to the door. "Oh Miranda there's a party at our friend Taylor's house tomorrow, wanna come?"

"Uh I'm not much of a party person."

"Awww come on it'll be fun. Cam and I will both be there so you don't feel to awkward, and I think those girls you were sitting with today at lunch are going."

"I don't know Jack..."

"Pleeeeaaaasssseeeeee."

"Fine I'll go." I say with a sigh

"Awesome!" Says Jack. "See you tomorrow at school."

"See ya." I say. Oh god what have gotten myself into. I think as I get in my bike and pedal back home.
