Face the day

Alex's POV
I woke with a headache and kelly throwing up but I remembered last night and that hurt knowing I've been married for some weeks about to turn into a month and I've gotten drunk with some girl and now I have her number and Kelly's mad at me still probably.

Breakfast wasn't right she didn't eat much but sat there until I was finished I looked up to her drinking water "kelly" she looked up "hmm" she had an empty cup and a full plate because she couldn't hold anything down "could we talk about last night" she stared blankly and nodded.

We where on the couch she sat at the far end "look kelly I'm so so sorry I was at the alien bar I wasn't planning on staying I had one beer I was frustrated I was coming home but I said one beer wouldn't hurt knowing after about five I would be drunk so I had three but the third was I think whiskey but I know I didn't order it but I drank it and woke up with a headache so I came home I didn't notice I had that stuff on me".

She looked at me with teary eyes and crawled into my lap and buried her head into my shoulder "s-so you didn't mean it"
"No" I whispered in her ear then a knock came from the door then Kara opened it "hey what happened" they sat down and I explained everything.

After explaining it was lunchtime "so what do we want to eat" I asked "potstickers"
Said Kara "salad and kale" Lena blurted out "pizza" said my wife and i wanted Chinese so I ordered all we where watching a movie when it arrived "I'll get" Kara jumped up and took everything while giving them the money.

We ate we danced we laughed I thought i didn't want to talk about my mistakes but it made it better until a knock came I answered it I saw Maggie she had tears in her eyes and her clothes where messed up "h-help" she whispered I pulled her into a hug then I heard it James "Maggie come back we weren't finished" he sounded pissed.

I asked what happened she said he was raping her I told Kara to clean her up as I closed the door when he came up to make it look as if nothing happened "Alex have you seen Maggie we where on a date but she ran off" lie "nope" I said the door still closed Kara came out "he whispered something" "what'd he say kar" I looked over Kara's shoulder to see Lena and kelly talking with Maggie "he said I knew I should've put a tracker on her when I fucked her the first time.

Kara ended up about to kill him but I just called the D.E.O to come get him I knew we where going to have to face the day someone we know and love was going to betray us I never thought he would've well I kinda had a feeling but not that much.

By the end of the night Maggie's sleeping on the couch Kelly's sleep I'm getting into bed Kara and Lena left and oh Eliza my mom is coming for work and she's probably going to visit it's like problem after problem shows up one after another.
