Protective pt2

Maggie's POV
I knew Alex wasn't going to let me close to her or answer any personal questions but I wanted her no no I needed her back but then a portal opened and it was an enemy that I had and her wife and children Ava,Sara,Mel and gram then Alex walked up with Kara beside her.

The kids ran to em and hugged them I was close enough to hear the conversation "awex kawa" I had a feeling gram was going to be the one struggling with his L's and R's but Mel on the other hand "kar ale"
She was excited nicknames then Sara looked up and saw me.

"Why is she here" is what I heard Alex had a questioning look on her face but then saw me and turned to Sara "how about we go get some food and got to the park" the kids squealed in Joy Kara picked up the three year old gram and Alex the two year old Mel they left Alex shot me a death glare as in if looks could Kill I would of died twice.

Alex POV
We walked out the building the kids loved it Mel pulled me hair that's how I know she needed something "yes M" "what food eating" I smiled "gram you want pizza and potstickers" Kara and gram lit up at the sound of both "yeah" he was jumping up and down "how about you Mel" she nodded into my neck.

we walked out of the park we decided to go there first then get food so now Sara was halfway sleep on Ava's shoulder and the kids are wide awake I need to remember these are the lance-sharp kids they don't get wore out easily.

In the pizza place Kara had both kids in her arms as I got the food so by time we got home a familiar car was outside my building it was Maggie's she was standing outside of my door and lucky for me Sara didn't notice do to her sleepy state Ava laid her on the bed and the kids watching some kind of cartoon.

By night Kara and the kids are sleep on the couch I put a cover over them Sara and Ava are in the apartment beside mine and kelly walked through the door she sees me smiles kisses me "Alex Maggie asked me to get you" I stopped smiling she patted my shoulder and walked to the bathroom.

I was downstairs yelling at Maggie but she wouldn't budge "just tell the truth you don't love her" I was fed up I smacked her and through gritted teeth said "don't start something you cant finish Maggie" she whimpered my name as I walked away.

I walked into the apartment and kelly saw the expression on my face she quickly pulled me into a hug I nuzzled her neck "people from downstairs came up here and told me you where yelling at some woman" "sorry" she kissed the top of my head "its ok you need sleep" I looked at her "it's not ok I'm just a fool who screams at her ex girlfriend and doesn't protect" she pulled me back down I put my head in her chest "you are being protective every day and no she's the joker your the queen" I smiled and kissed her "goodnight kells" "nigh Alex"
