It was a friday night. And since she barely ever spent any time at her home, she decided to go to the alley party. Even if she didn't even know what an alley party was, she thought she would be okay since there're free drinks.

It was a surprise that she even got an invitation. It's not like she ever talked to anybody except Sehun at school. And to be honest, the invitation was also came through him. But he had refused to go, saying that his 'Crush' wasn't going to be there. So there was no hope going there in the first place.

Kris was sitting outside of the cold porch, puffing a cigarette. He was having a hard time to even collect his thoughts. His thoughts were all over the place and he had no intention to bring them all back in one place.

As much as it sounded ridiculous to the others, he had really thanked the gods that nobody could read his mind. He was really having a hard time putting up with his girlfriend. At this point, she had become really annoying and unbearable. He couldn't believe that his so called girlfriend, flirted with his bestfriend right in front his eyes. He had doubts, that's true. Because she always looked at Junmyeon in a weird way. Like he was a piece of her favorite cake. The thought itself wanted him to throw up so bad. But part of him still wondered that why wasn't he angry. He had no reason to get mad at Junmyeon since he never even gave a second glance at her way. But he should've been angry at his own girlfriend right? But all he felt was annoyance. He didn't even feel sad. Frustrated, he inhaled a large amount of smoke and puffed it into the air. Watching the white circles fading and becoming none.

"You smoke?" A voice questioned from behind, making him snap his head to the side.

And there she was, wearing her identified black hoodie, both her hands slipping inside of her hoodie's pockets, looking down at him with those bored, yet pierce dark eyes.

"It's a bad habit Yifan." When she didn't get a reply, she said again, in a stern voice.

"Yifan?" He asked, arching an eyebrow.

"Well, isn't that your name?" She asked in a lighter voice this time. Of course, it was his name. But no one except his parents and teachers called him by that.

"Sure it is." He mumbled, nodding his head. He still wasn't quite sure that she, the so called psychotic mysterious girl of his school, actually talking to him. But somehow deep down inside, he felt thrilled. Because he always kind of wanted to talk to her too.

"There, I quit." When she didn't say anything else, he tossed the cigarette and crushed it with his foot. He didn't even know why he did that. But he felt the urge to continue the little talk she started. But much to his disappointment, she started walking down the stairs and into the front yard.

"You going already?" He asked, disappointment evident in his voice.

She stopped, turned and looked at him with those same bored eyes, "I'm glad," she pointed to the crushed cigarette under his feet, and said, "That you quit."

And with that, she turned again and walked away. But he swore he saw her lips carved in a slight curve before turning back. And his heart did some weird jumpy thing that he couldn't quite describe.

"Kris! Oh there you are, I was looking for you man. Your girlfriend is completely wasted, mind if you drop her to her place?" Junmyeon's voice rang in the back of his head, snapping his existence back into the front porch he was sitting all along.

"Yeah, sure." He replied half heartedly, still watching the same spot she had filled just a moment ago.
