Chapter 6 Homecoming Two (The King)

Here we are at yet another homecoming, and I'm already feeling anxious seeing my bro Ben and Dalvin. We are all geeked at the fact that it's homecoming but more excited because one of us were going to win homecoming king. I had Lexi with me and she already knows that I love to dance especially when we were at her homecoming I could not get off the floor.

Lexi really didn't like dancing in front of me much but when I did ballroom dancing and things close to hat nature she was always trying to join even if she couldn't get it in time she still tried. When Lexi got tired she sat down and I danced and danced across that floor until I sweated out of my suit jacket and bow tie.

I sat down to relax with my beautiful Lexi in her astounding black dress looking like a a double stuffed chocolate chip cookie just delicious! She wasn't too pleased with the girls that were around me as I ballroom danced. But it was understandable I told her, so I just hung around the boys while she sat down.

Then at a sudden step the music began to quiet down and I felt my heart jump and my breath shorten as the announcer asked everyone to sit and prepare for the crowning. I looked at Ben as his forehead began to sweat and then I looked at Dalvin as he had began to shake his jacket from began over heated and sweating as well. We all were on our toes but it was something I was trying to remember about the selection of the homecoming king.

Before she finished I said his name Maljin! Fuck!!! 😂 I knew that he was going to win, either him or his brother Donte. Reason I say this is because they are friends with the teachers over the homecoming and are at the top of popularity in the school.

But I didn't fret much, my lady had me. Lexi said "don't worry babe we still have prom babe" and then I also remembered that if I would have won prom king I would not have been able to go for prom king. I felt like this was destined but it was fine.

Now that homecoming is over my brother Jay picks us up in my moms car. And as me and Lexi are sitting in the back, I whisper to her in her ear. "We are about to die" little did she know, my brother Jay is a crazy ass driver. After I said that he was hitting turns and curves everywhere she fell on me, I fell on her, it was wild! Then we stopped to pick up my parents my mom took the wheel and we took Lexi home.
