Chapter 2 The Homecoming

Now that we're in and the music is jamming all i can think is yes! We are finally in. And as soon as We get not even 2meters in i spot one of my bros from Jimmy Blake High, his name is Trez. Trez is one of those friends you wouldn't expect to see everywhere, it just wasn't that he was fat but that he really had his own wild extravagant life as a biker, and yes I said it a biker. Now that we're on the dance floor were looking for my god brother michael and my friend Tammy, who are some major dancers just like I, but we'll get to that in another story.

Anyways we found them and when we did oh boy! Did that party start, we danced In and out of crowds even making our own. As we danced around you could feel everyone starring at you there was no way around it but I was hoping that there was a beautiful angel looking at me free afar. Truly disappointed I was once I realized after all my dancing did not a girl come up to me. Me and Angela decided to leave Michael and Tammy on the floor while we went to the table, so on our way to the table I see another young woman from my job which gave me a compliment a ways back.

She caught my attention about as soon as I caught hers but it was funny that I could not remember her name but she knew mine. Since that last situation was a little hi and bye I was now ready to go home, I gave up. But as soon as I looked up Angela was introducing me to an Angel right before my eyes, her eyes were like polished glass and her beauty was beyond anything that I've ever seen as though she was Mother Nature taking time to speak to me. "Her name is Lexi" Angela said and She said "Hi I'm Lexi King" and I said "Hi Lexi My names Lance ....Lance Jackson". I snapped back into clear reality to realize that she had looked at me and connected to me as I connected to her.

The music slowed down a bit and I had to ask her to dance before the next guy was to come rushing up. I slowly slide my hand behind her back as she pulls me close to hers only to feel her warmth and her love. The feeling she gave me was of a feeling that I had not felt in a long time, it was love. Intensely in my mind i wanted to kiss her; The thought in my mind after that was "did she have a boyfriend?". Seeing that I'm not rude when it comes to women I did not want to ask. So now we are getting really comfortable with each other after our first three songs of dancing.

I whispered to her in her ear and said "I really want to kiss you but I don't know if you have a boyfriend or not", she just looked at me and nodded with no words. The next slow song was kind of pushing a kissing moment and I just didn't know what to do so I just went in for the kiss wondering If she's going to smack me or punch me. But when I kissed her it was like the clouds opened up above my head, and when I looked at her she said "mmm, you have some soft lips". Shockingly I look at her and say "I thought you were going to slap me", "why would you think that" she said.

"well maybe because I just kissed you?" I said, she just looked and smiled and next thing I know we kissed our whole night away on that dance floor almost to every other song. Even before we kissed the kids from that school if you were just looking around all you could see was kissing. But that night couldn't have been any closer to ending because we had to breakout on the Cupid Shuffle one my favorite shuffles. And after that dance was over we had one last slow song, they had just announced. And then there it was, a thousand years I'll never forget it I say till this day.

As soon as it came on we looked at each other instantly and realized that we may not see each other after this. So the love that we felt just grabbed hold of us and pulled us closer together and we shared our final kiss of the night as though the world was ending the next day. But shortly we were cut off by the school principal as she smiled at us and said remember you guys we are still in school. So I grabbed her and pulled her to the middle of the floor to kiss some more without any disruptions.

The song was almost over and I had forgotten that there was an after party somewhere after so I asked her if she wanted to come and she said "well I'd have to ask my mother". And so when she called her mom said "no" and that she simply had to return home, so Michael and Tammy left without me and Angela to the party We all walked out to the front of the building once the song ended, me, Lexi, and Angela were all at the door laughing and playing around as soon as I was ready to go in for my last kiss she looks up and says there goes my mom. She left leaving with the feeling of desire, now I know that I just needed to have her, earlier tonight she had given me her messenger name.

That night I did not hesitate with getting in touch with her and we talked the whole night and we didn't waste anytime with getting to know each other that night. It was as though we were instantly in love, I just needed to know before I jumped into this monogamist and yet extravagant relationship thing once again if she actually wanted me as bad as I wanted her and that night she showed me she did. With her words through that phone I could feel the warmth of her body and the softness of her lips, as though her touch had come to me like we were at the homecoming all over again.
