BEEP BEEP BEEP

A sigh escaped the 20-year-old man's lips, as the annoying beeping of his alarm clock irritated his ears.

But for Taehyung it was a regular occurrence as one of the world's most famous K-pop idols. Today was his day off, but nevertheless he always woke up early because of the tight sleep schedule forced on him by his personal trainer, donning him enough energy for dance practices and concerts.

It was another routine to follow each and every day.

It was almost 8:00 as he rolled out of bed in just his boxers and entered his enormous ensuite bathroom to brush his teeth and take a shower. The ensuite had a large white tub and a separate standing shower stall large enough to fit eight people comfortably. The overall design of the washroom was sophisticated yet simple, with black tiled walls and stunning rectangular checkered backsplash behind the double sink, only ever used by one person.

It was one of the many so called "perks" of being an idol; if you bring in a large income for the entertainment company, you get a giant beautiful mansion, an expensive car, and millions of people around the world love and adore you. If you asked him, Taehyung probably wouldn't have any recollection of using the bathtub so you could say it was simply there for show.

He turned on the shower and let the warm water run down his smooth tanned skin, as he began lathering his chocolate-brown hair with vanilla scented shampoo, his favourite scent.

After his shower, he exited his bathroom with a towel hanging loosely around his waist, as he entered his enormous walk-in closet to decide what to wear. He had the day off so he settled with a pair of black sweatpants and an oversized grey hoodie.

However, just as he was about to change, his cellphone rang. He looked at the name on the caller ID and couldn't help but chuckle.

Taehyung waited for the final ring before accepting the call.
"Sup Park," he greeted, a smile playing on his lips while waiting for the other's response.

"Taehyung!? Wherethehellareyouitsalmosteightthirtyandyouhaventcalledtoletmeknowifyourecomingornot!" A loud, high pitched, unamused voice on the other end answered.

"Slow down Chim, I can barely understand what you're saying." Taehyung retorted.

"Aish, I don't even know how I had the strength to put up with you three each and every day for almost two years already, I mean there's gotta be some kind of award for that." Jimin sighed, and Taehyung swore he could see the older shaking his head at his remark.

"You love us," the brunette replied with a deep chuckle.

"And don't worry hyung, we'll get you something real nice for the group's second anniversary, after all you're the reason the hyungs and I are a group in the first place. You may even be nominated for manager of the year at Bighit." Taehyung commented.

"That would be something. I can just imagine the look on Jennie's face when I beat her this year, that bitch thinks she's all high and mighty and better than everyone else. I can't wait to see the smoke coming out of her ears when I accept my award!" The young manager exclaimed cheerfully.

"It'll be nice if you win Chim, you deserve it." Taehyung said, putting the phone on speaker mode so he could change into his comfy outfit, he was starting to get cold with just a towel on him.

"It's just wishful thinking though, I'm not actually going to win, Jennie always does with her group Bluepink or whatever it was." The elder grumbled with a hint of sadness in his voice.
